Did you buy it new or used? And I don't have one but I'm in the market for one looking at reviews currently. I hope she can find time to answer you question because I'd like to know if it's a normal thing or not. Because it doesn't sound so great!
@@TierneyNicole Hi, I bought it new, and it's perfectly fine. I was trying to do too many things in one go. I recently took it to Dubai and even the 40 degrees Celsius of heat it performed excellent :)
