Exploring Jeeps - Sunshade install and removal on a Jeep Wrangler

This is a brief timelapse of us putting a sun shade on and then taking it off. We also replace the Doors and Hardtop on our Jeep Wrangler. The sunshade is a great addition if you will be out for extended periods in harsh sun. It does cut down the wind a little bit, but its really about the shade it provides. If the sun is going down, I prefer to drive without the sun shade on.

I wish you'd done a step by step install of the mesh top. I have no clue where to put the clips!

I keep my sunshade on all the time. It fits with the hardtop on. Also...just a tidbit...you only have to put the 2 screws in the front of the hardtop. The weight alone is enough for the back. Save yourself the time. I also dont put back the screws for the door/hinges.

Luis, what kind of shade do you have? Do you have a JKU? Mine won't work underneath the top. I can't lock the freedom tops down.

I have the Spiderweb shade the covers full length from the windshield mounts to the overhead bar behind rear passengers. It os for the JKU. I could show a picture now. Right above the shade is the headliner foam
