I have been making LEGO how to build tutorials for many years. This is just a hobby for an adult fan of LEGO (AFOL) to relieve stress from work after a long day. Creations involve LEGO homes, furniture, accessories, vehicles such as cars and trucks, campers, trailers, fifth wheels, restaurants, and many more. All my ideas are from my imagination are are preserved on UA-cam, not only for myself to preserve my ideas, but to share my LEGO building skills and techniques with the LEGO community.
All my content is safe for work and is free of offensive language and explicit content to ensure other AFOLs share my content with their families and friends. Most of my videos are intended for older LEGO builders in general and are not recommended for viewers under the age of 13 due to use of small LEGO bricks and parts.
Where do I get my LEGO bricks? It depends on what bricks I need and if bulk purchasing is available. I source from several places such as LEGO's Pick-a-Brick, Bricklink, Brick Owl, and/or online auctioning sites. Basically I search around for the best deal.
Do you take requests for future LEGO builds, tutorials, and creations? It depends on the build, but the creation has to be constructed using official LEGO bricks. It can be anything LEGO city related, wilderness, campers, caravans, vehicles, houses, etc.. I may not fulfill all requests submitted. So keep that in mind.
Some have noticed I have a vision impairment. More on that topic here: • Talking About My Four ... .

Some of my builds are preserved in written building guides and instruction manuals. The builder can simply download a PDF file of the same LEGO building tutorial to a smart device or computer to build at his or her own speed and leisure. My goal is to have all my creations preserved in PDF format. This is a daunting task and may take several years to complete. If there is a LEGO builds you would like to see in PDF form, let me know. Larger MOCs and tutorials may take several months to complete due to my work schedule.

Hi, very cool moc ! The collapsible awning is very well designed !
thank you kindly!
You should do a Yacht. Doesn't have to be a tutorial, but I think it would be cool for you to build a yacht. I would build one myself, but I don't have the pieces for it...
Excellent build. The Collapsible awning is a very clever design.
thank you! the awning took many tries to work.
always look forward to your reviews on fridays 😊
This was a fantastic tutorial thanks for sharing this!
you're welcome!
This is so cool. I have seen your previous HVAC builds and as someone who is in the HVAC industry I would be very happy seeing you build medium size AHU😄 you’ve been soo creative with the builds
Very nice tutorial my hubby wants a real pontoon boat to go fishing
Could also use the octagonal Aquazone pieces, those were tons of fun.
Great tutorial, you have amazing talent
thank you kindly!
Beautiful work two thumbs up
Very well done, Jay. You really have a knack for boats and trailers.
thank you! boats and trailers are my favorite types of mocs.
Very cool and well designed MOC. I also love hearing how different people call certain Lego pieces different names, such as calling axle plates or hinge elements as bearings, or bars as sticks. I truly love the awning able to fold down flat for transport. If I may make a suggestion with these videos, is at the end of the video (at least on mobile devices) suggestions for other videos and the Channel's icon pop up on screen and block the view. It would be nice to take just a little more time at the end of the video to showcase the finished build so we all can enjoy seeing it before those popups clutter our screens and obstruct our view. I hope your next tutorial will be for the vehicle which tows this boat and trailer.
8:06 good sleight of hand :)

Nice Design! The design in my head is really similar to yours.
thank you!

Yoooo!!! 😍
Love this build, I have been trying to find the round half brick. Do you have a part number for this? Thanks
This is an awesome build! The collapsible awning is a great added design! Do you have available a parts list?
thank you! i do have a parts list with the building guide on my patreon.
You should make your own sets
Love it but the steering wheel is on the wrong side
thanks! the one i toured had it on that side. i think it depends on the manufacture.
@@jaystepher usually they are on the right side of the boat
Came here to say this. Boats drive from the starboard side. That aside, this is probably my favorite MOC I've seen yet. The collapsible cover is awesome and discrete!
