I love that you don't bother using a needle to create the pumpkin sections. Your simpler method of just wrapping the thread around is brilliant. It looks like you used regular sawing thread for the body of the pumpkin, but I think I'll use embroidery thread and maybe avoid having to go around the same section so many times, we'll see. But I love how your pumpkin turned out. Thank you for this tutorial! 🧡🎃
I literally stood in Joanne store looking at fabric pumpkin for my fall decor. Then I thought to myself " I can make this....there should be video on UA-cam showing how to diy these...!!" So here I am !!! Very clear simple straight to the point video. Thank u.
I just love your pumpkins, they look so natural, and the stem is brilliant, best pumpkin video I have seen, and I have watched lots! Going to make them this way from now on! Thank you for sharing this lovely idea with us!
Gorgeous and simple. Now that autumn is just around the corner, this is a perfect little project to do with kids, both young and old. I used an old, solid color t-shirt for this and it worked great.
Luv luv luvvvvvvvvvvv this. Was racking my lil brain for stem ideas and tah dah your video popped up.. Was wondering what type of thread you used, was it embroidery thread? Thank you ever so. New subscriber.
For the stem she did use twine but for the body it seems she used regular sawing thread. I'd use embroidery thread, that way you don't have to go around so many times. Still, the pumpkin turned out great.
Watched four pumpkin ladies today, your stems were the easiest and best!
Thank you.Glad that you liked it

Thanks for the clarification. Yes I used sewing thread but embroidery thread is a great idea and it wont break if you pull harder while wrapping 👏
