I know you are not even close to that stage of life, but I'd love some tips if you have any. What I used to do to stay in shape, stopped working for me 6 - 7 years ago and it is so hard to lose even 5 lbs... then I gain it back 🙄

Aww thank you! But I am so overweight I use to be able to eat whatever I want but after the kids everything I eat just sticks lol! For about a week I did do dance work outs everyday and I lost a few pounds but I haven't been consistent!
