Sounds class mate! I have bought an m2 and spoon n1 after watching this lol having the same problem as you with the rusted bolts, what replacements did you use for the m2 and n1 to get it all together? People saying i need a heat ring but i haven't a clue any help would be appreciated!

Toyosports 4-2-1 decat manifold, m2 stainless centre section with box 60mm bore and a genuine spoon n1 back box. All available on eBay. M2 also do a replica of the spoon back box which is much much cheaper, I purchased mine second hand so got a good deal.
Manifold seems ok, doesn’t knock on anything, the centre section slightly rattled but that might be the heat shield on the fuel tank. Engine light does come on but it’s due to a knock sensor fault which it’s bad since I bought the car. No codes for anything else.
That manifold fitted fine with the euro ep3 arb. Had to remove the brackets so I could move it around to get it in place then it bolted back up and clearance was fine

I had to take the rocker cover off to fit my 421. No ramp. Pain in the svinkter
it was originally going to be a driveway job until a mate said I could use a ramp. surprised it fits in from above as there isn't a lot of space!!

Keith Thomson yeah you need a fire ring, the bolts come with it when you buy it. I will find a link.

Keith Thomson I go to work just after 5am and nobody has made any comments on its volume. I don’t think it’s a great deal louder than my golf is.

I have another video of it being driven on this channel posted a few days ago. Zero welding required it’s all bolt on parts!

Hi mate i bought same manifold i jus confused about antiroll bar part do u take it of completely?
Just loosen the brackets so you can move it out of the way don’t need to take it off

ja dog not for anything exhaust or lambda related no. Only ever had a code for the knock sensor.
