We expect that the Senate Blue Ribbon will do better on the next hearings. We give room for improvement for Sen. Koko on not to tolerate foul language during the committee hearings. While courtesy may be given to former pres/former chief justice/former senate pres but the senate rules/order on conducting hearings should not be compromised as to allow foul language.

The Constitution states that the Philippines renounces war as an instrument of national policy. Why are you not questioning the policy of conducting a war on drugs? War is always associated with tremendous destruction and collateral damages. This is probably the reason why the constitutional policy renounced it as an instrument. Why did not the government approach the problem on drugs with a more precise program or tools, so that its real cause may be identified and uprooted?
