@@daniel3231995 but i see a lot of twoset comments in this video saying that twoset lead them to here. i wouldn't have discovered this gem if it were not for them, and i have listened to the classical music for about two decades now but didn't pay much attention to violin repertoire, my favored instrument being flute harp organ. i only found about this sonata for two violins by ysaye when twoset played them, so i would like to give them the credit for introducing great music to others.
@@daniel3231995 yes, i see your point, and i agree with your statement that ysaye's work stand by its own beauty.😊 when twoset introduced this piece along with other works, this piece alone caught my ears and drove me to search it out. no doubt it had rung my soul, respect and salut to ysaye.😄 and this performance is so beautiful, after listening to this several times, i bought the cd right away. yet, you need someone to deliver its very existence before you get acquainted with it. so in that context, i think twoset are doing very good job. many other musicians also try hard to get classical music familiar to people in their own approach, and i like twoset's manner of delivering it. not only are they humourous and humble, they also have a daring sense to say "look, here are the classical music compositions that you should try out in your lifetime. they might not be as famous as bumblebee but they are of excellent beauty." many musicians and mass media are reluctant to dig into less well known area of classical music, probably due to financial matters, and you could not argue that ysaye or wieniawski are less well known than mozart or beethoven. so mass media repeat a lot of famous pieces but dont give much chance to relatively less famous pieces. well anyway, if you would excuse me, i would stop talking about twoset here...😊 perhaps it is okay to lightly comment about twoset, but it is rude to talk this much about them here, i should apologize. instead i should listen to this amazing performance and focus on the wonderful virtuosity and beauty these violinists( papavrami and roussev) transferred to me. so many people worked so hard to get this beautiful music bloom in the world...

An ad in the middle of the video is absolutely inexcusable.
