If Your dharma is to share Your story, please do it more often ;). I was never addicted to alcohol or drugs or anything, but I had a complete nervous breakdown few years ago, with depression episodes, thoughts of suicide etc. Since then I slowly recognize what my life was, who I am and what is my dharma. In Your story I found my story. Depression (like an addiction) is disconnection. Disconnection with myself, with odther people, with the world and, most important, with emotions. Getting connected is very painful. I can say that I started my life from the begining, from learning to recognize my basic feeling and emotions. And from finding my safe place. My first safe place was my yoga mat. Just like in Your story :) It gives me a lot of strength and hope when I listen to You talking about "bad times" and when I see who You are now. It is truly Your dharma. Thank You Cole!
I had saved this on my "to watch" playlist a while ago - finally got to it today. Been reading Pantanjali's sutras & studying more yogic philosophy lately - you both make this so understandable and relatable. Thank you for sharing! (Also, that dog bone was an wonderful interlude!)
"Stay curious and playful"... I love it!
Always!

The comment about curiosity instead of passion at the end resonated with me. Thanks
