Found it! unfortunately it wasn't talked about in this video but i found it while listening to you. if you're having visibility issues in your elevation (it seems to be cropping your visibility range) check elevation properties, extent, far clipping and change it to no clip. you're welcome!
Thanks Balkan. Very informative, concise and well-presented video. If you wou would allow me a constructive criticism though: with so many possible issues it would be useful to have a sum-up/list either at the end or throughout the video so viewers can easily get an overview. Great work though!
I still have a problem! Hi Balkan. I have imported a plan from AutoCAD and drew the walls but I couldn't see them in 3D mode. I have closed Revit and the next day when I loaded the file, I couldn't see the walls anywhere but in 2 elevations. They're not even visible in plan view anymore. Tried the methods in this video...didn't work could you please help me?
thank you Balkan ! I have a problem, I can't see some of the outline lines of the elements, and even when I import them into cad, they're still missing unless I turn on shaded mode. As I wanted to pass photoshop, I wanted to wireframe, and many lines are missing, so I don't know what to do..
Thank you, Balkan. The problem that I am having with Revit was not specified here. The issue I am having with Revit is every time I switched visual styles from shaded with edges, Consistent colors to Realistic, My model disappears and it looks like I have nothing modeled. When I hover over with the mouse it shows that the building is still there. Can this be something regarding the video card???
@@balkanarchitect Sorry to bother you again. I just wanted to ask you if you can make a tutorial on how I can create shapes like Thom Mayne in Revit. Specifically the front facade of the Cooper Union Building. I am kind of interested in just that front portion the one you can see in all of the pictures of that project. I am designing a fire station. And My concept for the design is based on coming strong as a community and central valley in California. The project is located in Fresno and it is part of the Central Valley. So ideally I want to Express the Like a Rocky Shape Concept as well as come together to build a strong community. And this building, The Cooper Union, kind of symbolizes the rocky concept I want to express

Hi Balkan, the new revit 2024 fabrication configuration is empty 😢😢
I am still struggling with this my work seems to not be visible do you know what I can do I tried everything
Thanks very much.....i found mine in wireframe
OMG the Add-ins dialogue is empty as well, why is revit 24 these different.. Kindly help
which screen recording software r u using?
what is the differance between using a masking region or just using white fill region ?
I really see no difference. Perhaps if you set the canvas to a different color there might be some issues with a white filled region.

Yes this is a graphics issue, I find that just closing and opening Revit solves the problem.
Or maybe try (ZE) zoom extentes command
@@balkanarchitect Thank you. Also, it takes forever to jump into realistic visual styles. To be exact, about 3 minutes.
