- THIS IS A CONFRONTATION ON THE WATER WITH A KAYAKER THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME DURING THE THE DAY HE PASSED US TO FISH IN FRONT OF US THIS WAS DURNING THE OHIO RIVER CHALLENGE CHAMPIONSHIP ON THE OHIO RIVER AT PARKERSBURG WV, WERE FISHING FOR 25,000$ AND WE HAD A LIMIT OF FISH FOR A 5TH PLACE FINISH.
You left your spot and went a hundred yards right next to the guy minding his own business...

Just because your in a Bass tournament what makes you think you own the water every where. I've Bass fished most of my adult life a few tournaments but mostly just out having fun. I've run across several tournament fisherman with Dick-head attitudes like that.

I love guys fishing tournaments think everybody else on the water should stay out of their way. Such B.S., Public water means just that. Seeing lots and lots of tournament guys posting fights on the water. Its like now days they are looking for a fight...
Lots of missing context (and no real intelligible confrontation could be heard) ... What happened before??? Did you fly by the guy as he was paddling to his spot? ... I'm not sure if that's the case because that part was left out of the video... but, I've had that happen often as a kayak fisherman, where idiots in bass boats see you paddling to an area and they fly by you at 50 mi an hour and cut you off and then in their clueless thought process think... oh, I got there first... You probably should have showed the five minutes before the kayak fisherman passed you.

Must be the Sabine River if that’s a big one. I fish a lot of tourneys. Right or not I always give room to the “geographically impaired “. Bank walkers and yaks don’t have thirty gallons of fuel and a 200hp. Give em some space

Think the winners had 6.5lbs they won 25k we had 5.08 for 5th we got 1k

I absolutely despise tournament fishermen. They think they own lakes and all the fish in them. They act as though no one else can enjoy the lake and what it has to offer.

First off, misleading title for a video when there was no confrontation.
This is just called being a jerk! This is one of the major issue with being on the water is there's just no common sense or courtesy applied to situations like this.
Just because you're working up a bank, doesn't mean that someone cannot come around you move 500 yards in front of you to fish. When you get to the end of the pocket, you should just back off of said person.

That’s about as big as they here on the Ohio River and we were fishing for 25k in this tournament and just missed it by 1/2 pound

If your not fishing mlf rules you suck anyways. Bass hit boat surface? Fish are weighed and released where they are caught. Anything less is not acceptable for a tournament.
