Budget-Friendly • Pure Fire King • Deck Profile + Test Hands (Jan, 2024)

This is my first look at the Fire King Structure Deck! As I don’t own the Sinful Spoils Engine, this is a fairly budget list (S:P Little Knight aside) that focuses on the Fire Kings entirely without other engines.

back in 2013 when i got the original fire kings structure deck i loved it and i really didn't think there was gonna be anything more because i though that was it. so many many many years have passed and then all of a sudden it was announced back in 2023 a new fires kings structure deck was coming and i knew i had to get it and so i did and it was amazing.

I really love this build! For better or worse, i replaced the 3 small world with 2 pot of extrav and a called by. And a couple subs in the extra cuz i just dont have all the same cards (like sp lol.)

Super poly targets are Garura, Mudragron and Gilti-Giltia (its name is something like this)

why not tenki? seems way better than small world even if its more limited

wahts the price of this ? it still looks a bit expansive with prosp, and the extra deck stuff. Comming from the perspective of a guy who would have to start from scratch

prosp is cheap 4-5$ per card. The main expensive card in the list is little knight with goes over 120$.

Yeah prosp is way cheaper with 25 year anniversary. You could probably get away with taking out the sp for something else. It’s strong disruption but you can just rely on the xyz to blow up your opponents monsters instead. Watching ppl play fire kings it doesn’t seem to come up super often, just one strong option if you have it

If you switch out little knight for unicorn the deck is about $80

As others have mentioned, SP is the only really expensive card in the list, which could be easily replaced with Knightmare Unicorn etc.
The majority of the non-engine was printed in Rarity Collection / recent Structures / Battles of Legend etc, and isn’t too expensive to pick up at all.
If you’re starting from scratch, it really couldn’t be an easier time to jump into the game and get started :)

mining three super polymerizations is not the best idea because there is going to be more fire and wind running around

You could definitely play extrav (obviously with major extra deck adjustments).
But definitely try to acquire prosp (cheaper now with rarity collection)
