- Sometimes we get limited edition consoles when the new Call of Duty releases and other times we get whatever this is. Not that it is a bad design but... why spend so much on something that can be done for under $40?
"Call of Duty: WWII" is an upcoming FPS video game developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows. It is the fourteenth primary installment and first Call of Duty series game to be set primarily during this time since Call of Duty: WaW in 2008.

I guess I need to *ELABORATE* ... yes the red circles are jokes because the console is camouflage and it is hard to SEE. that is the joke. Guess it went over peoples heads.
Not to say this is a bad design by any means... just a BAD limited edition console for a COD compared to what we've had in previous years. Definitely go the vinyl route if you want to have a camouflage PS4. ***Best Buy has the console up for pre-order at $299.99 and it comes with COD WWII (Standard Edition). Still not sure how to feel about that.
What was your favorite limited edition console for any game? Mine would probably be the original green xbox for Halo.

PrestigeIsKey I think a cool design would be a US army uniform style design or a "bloody first" regimental badge with bullet holes all over the console, and when you eject the disc it would make the M1 garands 'ping' sound. Plus I loved the advanced warfare console but apart from that I don't really dig limited edition consoles

Also, just to let you know where I'm coming from... It will be a cool picture but would also drive home the thought that someone didn't make it back home... Plus it could be something they can use to support the veterans. Like the way COD does every year.

Honestly, I think this is quite a deal. You’re basically getting a 1tb Slim for 239, if you subtract the games’ cost of 60 from the total cost of 299. I totally would’ve bought this if I didn’t get the Destiny 2 Ps4.
The only reason I would get this console is because it DOESN'T have any cod stuff on it.

Well actually the only thing that makes it unique is the curved edges. The exact same camo design is used on the camo controllers they’ve been making for years now

Actually, I just looked and the green camo controller that's available now also has the controllers in the camo, and so does the old grey one! lol I would have never ever noticed that on my own. Playstation is literally just re using a template for these consoles then lmao.

I think the Advanced Warfare one was the best. The controller is super nice, and the console is great as well! The sounds of the console when starting and turning it off were like a drone doing the same thing, and it’s overall design was cool as well!

Needed something, bullet holes, an exterior that looks chipped and rugged, or a light that shines straight up putting a logo on the ceiling even if the system is off..
i think the console should have had a fishnet look from the helmets and gold outlining (from the logo) and the cod ww2 logo itself on it

I got that advanced warfare 1tb console for 140 at a pawn shop with a mic and 2 controllers and gta and it has lasted me 8 months so far and no problems

I have the AW console. It died on me in the first year. I had to warranty it. They sent me a refurb that had been beat to shit. I was so pissed. I fought with Microsoft so long until I finally got a better replacement, but it still wasn't in the same condition as the one I sent in. I don't plan to ever pick up another limited edition Xbox because of this experience. I haven't ever had an issue with my Sony consoles, so I can't comment there.

I picked the console up and i couldnt see the top half of the console
1TB console and comes w/ WW2 (not pre-order either....this is the bundle after the release). Seeing that this is my first PS4, I call this a deal at $300......until I sat the console next to my living room plant. Now I can't find it.
Kinda feels incredibly lazy...why pay a premium for a reskined console when you could just reskin the console yourself via somewhere like Dbrand :/ i mean yeah its funky and "limited edition" but it isnt as unique as some of the other console limited edition consoles, back to the old halo xbox :") or how the original crystal clear xbox :") where it had reasoning and had a unique look, but hey ho, money grabbing is money grabbing i suppose :")

Foxy . For me it's not the design or the fact that it's limited edition, but the game itself is $70, so the PS is a bit over $230, which is excellent for a PS4 Slim with 1TB of memory.

The system was going to come out as a new ps4 skin b/c the camo is the same as the camo controller that release d earlier this year but since cod is coming out I think they decided to sell it as a cod skin ps4.
If they really cared about making the console represent the WWII era, it would be OD green all over, not some tacky Mall-Ninja camo.
Bought the bundle: 380$Can (the ps4+game) and a used ps4 slim 500gb is worth approx. 300$can and since the game costs 80$Can, i pretty much got 500gb and a newer console+warranty for free, why would it be bad, wtf?
