BSR 550 Basic Setup times

This video shows a very real sequence of set up times for 3 jobs. First is a presentation folder, second is a game card, third is a small folding carton. This simulates the commercial printer today. We show the strength of the features of the BSR Basic by getting 3 jobs on and off the machine in 15 minutes. The tooless adjustments, tornado feeder and automatic register system really makes this a short run machine. The only thing missing is showing the top end speed on a long run which is 8000 per hour! You can tell that the video is not staged for unrealistic goals because the operator was instructed to be thoughtful and methodical during the demonstration. The basic process is to set the feeder, adjust the register guide, hang the dies, adjust the stripper...................go!
