my son got us one for Christmas and it is a disaster. The only way to get it to do some things is to unplug it and plug it back in
It's a picture frame, it doesn't need the play store. It's simplicity looks to be the selling point.
Why was it SO EASY FOR THIS GUY TO SET UP, YET "EVERYONE ELSE" HAS SUCH A PROBLE?
Can we set it up that the display changes from one photo to another with time?

The wifi app and the weather didn't work for a long time, and no customer service and no firmware updates were provided. 1-23-2023
Sorry to take this out on you but HELL NO THIS WAS NOT WORTH IT!!! The app was messed up. It only allows you to do the CR scan one time. Then if you want someone else to upload you can't get the frame to show you the CR code to link it ever again except for the one time- so your relative is not going to work. Then I tried to just hard wire it to my phone but the phone didn't see the frame as a hard drive so I couldn't move more photos to it. WTR!!! Oh, and the instructions are vague as heck!
