Steering and Turning the Phoenix i Hybrid Wheelchair

With built in front wheel power assist turning and pushing the Phoenix i is effortless.
Speed is controlled by the control dial. Turn the dial up to go faster or turn the dial down to slow down. Turn the dial down further to switch to electronic braking.

Hi .. is the hybrid wheelchair useable for tetraplegics with no hand function? At the moment im using the emotion wheels from alber so would like to know if its simliyar to them 😅 greetings from germany
