This lawyer has not quoted Supreme court ruling that settled the issue of split in a political party which is a split at the national level not local or ward level.

Media declaration by those former lawmakers is a strong evidence of their defection to APC. The reason is because, considering the circumstances surrounding their defection, APC can not admit that their names are properly captured in their individual political wards. So, nobody should expect APC to make such registration public. No individual or group of that number will make such a public declaration without consulting the necessary stakeholders of APC.
Why didn't the lawmakers bring the election of LG chairmen and councilors to the state electoral commission rather than amending the law? Within the time limit, HA is duty bound to make such a move in lawmaking.
They even filed a suit currently ongoing in an Abuja court saying that they are APC members
If I were Fubara, I will pursue this matter to the Supreme Court, so if Rivers loses its caretaker committee, all other 19 states too will lose!
