Wow, the last time I listened to Dave Sylvian was when he sang Quiet Life, one of my all time fave songs. So cool this popped up in my recommendations.
One of my all time favourite albums that I still listen to regularly . I bought it when it was first released in 93 the year our daughter , our first child was born. Thank you for the upload.
Not at the Wiltern though, I was there, 10/29/93. It was the Wilshire Theater, now known as the Saban Theater. Michael Brook opened and played guitar in the Sylvian/Fripp band. The DGM website says it was at the Pantages, but that's not right either. Anyway, one of best sounding shows I ever attended.
One of my fave albums from that awful man! A friend gifted me the CD not long after it was released because they knew I would enjoy it. they were right and i still enjoy it!
Two of my favourite artists, enjoyed these collaborations very much.
For mine, one of the best musical collaborations of the '90s.
2 music legends together, it could only come out a wonderful album.

I believe this around time of Fripp saying for the death of a mother and the birth of a child.
I played the hell out of this album. It was also a great tour. LA at the Wiltern Theater.

I love the bass on this. Great interplay with the other musicians.
It's Trey Gunn playing a Capman Stick, great performance and sound.
❤
Thoughts on David as a guitar player and working with Jerry Marrota?
How is David these days?
Retired
Feliz junto a Lucrecia Dalt
If you listen to these 7 songs one after the other, you've had a blood wash.
