Louisiana fishing license depends on fresh or saltwater but they about $18 a piece and expires June 30th of every year for some reason so if you buy on June 29th it still expires June 30th
Hilton Head Island, South Carolina fishing license (salt water, not fresh water) was 10 bucks for this year.
You guys had the idea and were very close, but this horn is actually a K3HL. These are very common on Union Pacific's fleet of GE AC4460CW locomotives. This horn uses bells 1L, 1, and 2. "K" stands for Kettle Drum Principle or in simple terms, a K series horn, 3 is the number of bells on the manifold, "H" is for high profile manifold, and "L" is for the 1L bell. Believe it or not, but this manifold is considered high profile for 3 chime K horns. Nathan Airchime has manufactured 3 chime manifolds slimmer and lower than the one you guys have. And yes, I am a locomotive horn enthusiast. These things are what you'd typically find on modern era locomotives. If it's Nathan Airchime or Leslie Supertyfon, just know these are legit.

Recreational fishing is free in my state, Queensland, Australia (unless you're fishing a stocked impoundment, that licence is a "contribution" to the stocking program), there are strict bag and size limits enforced, enjoy that freedom Murica! I had train horns 150psi holding tank to 3/4 line to dump value in cab sounded just like a train and it was mounted in the bed so it really echoes but I had them taken by the police

In Virginia for military I just got my fresh and salt water license for a like $42. In Michigan military gets their fishing licenses for free and also a few hunting licenses are free!
