Skinner is the new Rob Brown. He's a damn good player and needs to play with the right system. He always has highligt moments but this guy can't carry a team. He may be the most talented 3rd liner in the class of Jordan Staal. He's they guy you need to support and have those flash in the pan moments.
A 3rd liner? He scored 33 and 35 goals the last 2 seasons and was over 1 point per game last year. If that's what you consider a 3rd liner, then I'm very curious what you view a 1st liner as.
Because they are the same type of player, who prioritise offence over defence. Unless you put those guys out there with defensive minded forwards you will leak goals against in a big way.
