The main one was blessings of energy centers. I put all my energy into it and my body start tingling, even I lost the feeling of my body. I felt the tingling all of my back, I had a hard time sleeping but very happy. This happened after doing it only few times. When I started officially jan4th did the meditations at 4 in the morning. I think that helps a lot. After a week I went to a normal schedule but when I feel disconnected I return to 4 am scheduled. Any meditation that you can feel joy and love easly are the one I think are the best. When you are relaxed after finishing your meditation ask for what you want to experience. I asked for very lucid dreams, astral travel, and openings of the heart. Everything happened in one week! Yesterday I participated in a world meditation and asked for opening of my heart to help our world wide intention for peace. It happened! I did the test when I was in that state of joy and think about Jesus and the energy came even more. Also thought of the virgen María and also another boost of energy, love energy. I am not religious but I think they have a very loving role in our life and there are available if you ask for them. I will ask for Ganesha next time it happens 😁 It is not an easy ride, things around you will come to test you and you will have to reach within for answers...

I have undiagnosed neurological symptoms for almost 12 years. My body fails and doctors gaslighting me all the time due their arrogance. Unfortunately I can’t find joy or no fear cause i can care my self with a lot of difficulties. Upcoming disabilities really makes me frustrated. Often at moments i feel calm on my own and peaceful (e.g. after hours in the forest, a deep meditation), i get emotional attacked. Then it shocks me, i feel bodily stress and confused Now i think about it, she got the call after receiving the healing and explains it different. For her it was empowering . How does that work?
It’s all about your emotional state. Dr. Joe talks about the importance of getting up from your meditation and keeping that same feeling from your meditation your entire day no matter what happens to you.
I can’t get to an Advance workshop so won’t be eligible for coherence healing. Been bedbound for 30 yrs and now I think I have fractured ribs with osteoporosis but can’t be moved. Can’t meditate anymore because pain in bones intensifies so much I simply cannot leave body behind 😢😢
You can go on Dr Joes site and apply for a remote Coherence healing which is amazing and lovingly free. You can get the Meditations and with earphones and eyemask and determination do the Meditations daily even several times daily. Look at the stories of transformation. they couldnt remove all the cancer in the surgery, so i still had a large tumor and cancer spread into lymph and ligaments. i believe doing healing, looking after my body, meditation, living in joy and expecting a miracle worked!!!

But definitely creating coherence in the body with the blessing series - my favourite is number 4. And the walking meditations .
