Hey, i just made a new synthwave tutorial which in my opinion is better than this. So I suggest watching it if you liked this LINK: ua-cam.com/video/5NZA397czWE/v-deo.html
really good music 432hz i have recently finished one you should check it out on my channel (which is what im using rn) it’s called “m o v i n g o n (ft. Raccooneggs)”
If anybody wants to learn synthwave in Garage Band, or any other DAW for that matter, this is the first thing they should watch. Enlightening and inspiring stuff!
I love Garageband iOS for it's simplicity and intuitiveness plus what it IS capable of, not worrying about what it doesn't do. Examples such as this one illustrate that perfectly. Is using an expensive, more pro level DAW going to guarantee your music gets more notice? Probably not.
Yo, so for anyone who’s wondering how I lowpassed the machine language synth, or the arp, here’s how I did it. First, I lowpassed the synth using the AULowpass filter, you can enable those in the settings app. Or if you want you can just remove the high end with the eq. And now, to get the effect of the lowpass slowly getting removed, make another machine language synth but don’t lowpass it. The rest is done with some volume automation, slowly automate the lowpassed synth down, and the other synth up. And that should be all that needs to do. Also, thanks so much for all the support on the video, truly appreciated! And sorry for being bad at answering comments, but I hope this at least answer some of them.
I have the newest version of Garage Band but there's no "analog silk" pad... Nor is "machine language" there. If you have Garageband on mac you won't get access to them, only for iOS. Unless you buy Logic Pro.
Exactly what i’m looking for. If you could make a video with commentary in the background of how you created each sound that would be appreciated. It would certainly get more views. Thank you sir!
I tried downloading the meter and it shows up in my GB but is just black, and not functional. I then tried downloading the older version and it wasn't there at all, restarted my mac and all. Does anyone know a fix for this?
Well the drum pattern itself is very simple, a kick on every beat and snare every second beat, sixteenth note hihat pattern. For the mixing I just added reverb on the snare.

Bro wtf, thank god for the new tutorial, this tutorial was ASS. Literally, half of the shit you used didn’t match with what was shown on screen
ngl this is actually fire. i’ve been trying to figure out my own sort of “recipe” for my music but so far i haven’t found it yet :/

@@enochpeter thank you so much, it means a lot!
You have no business making something so good on IOS GarageBand
Lmao it’s all I use for my music I make
@@ayden_george_official thats sick
Honestly, the sound you can get from IOS Garageband is unreal. All my solo projects are done on it
Isnt that a bit platformist?
I literally made up a word to be stupid :)

@@blueberryclash8893 are you dumb? Go to the section where it says something about other sounds. Everything in GarageBand is free
This is beautiful, I have no words to describe the music you just created

I love it !!!
This is absolutely amazing, you are insanely underrated

Loved the video. Love your humor and especially loved the track. Nicely done for your first video. GUD!
Simple, but professional
_3:15__ how do you make that sound change?_

double tap the instrument and select automation...
Wait this question is 1 month old i think you probably figured it out
u can see there is a shady line going up, I think that's the volume.Automation>volumn> click some dots and slide. Have fun:)
Some really good synthwave that could’ve come from abelton keep it up
Dudeeee end product is so good you killed this
That’s what I call a vibe.

I have no idea what those terms mean, but the end result sounds awesome
brooooo ! this is so dope 🖤😩
Sounds awesome, but how do you find and select all the different sounds and tracks to put this together? That’s what I’d like to see. 😊
It’s music to my ears 😍
Can we have the full song as a separate video?
Broo this was dopeeee

What set is machine language in because i want to use that because im making a song and how do you make it sound that way
How did you make the analog silk bassline?
sounds better than Praxi's!
What is that called, that mechanism to make them longer. 0:24
ATTENTION!
Boyz Tribe Studios is now hiring a GarageBand artist to compose the soundtrack for a new series!
Reply if you would like to be hired!

I would love to make a hip-hop/rap song out of this.
how do i low pass the arp in a mac?
Just remove the treble/High end
Sounds more modern than a 1980s song.
Very impressed this was all done on mobile
Where’s the machine language setting from bro
Can you do the glitchy stuff that flume stuff
Aye- can you do horror synth music?
How do u do the low pass thing?

I wanna make my own but I don’t know how to play any instruments
Anybody know what kind of drums are those in garageband?
I understand where you got machine language from but where did you get the analog silk from
It’s in Pads.
I love you videos Praxi Plays!
isn't this song inspired from temple of rhuna or something like that
I don’t understand how you got analog silk or anything else to sound how it did -_-

whats the tempo on the beat
Very nice!!
Awesome !!! i like it!!!!!
where can i find analog silk?
Do you use an external keyboard? I find it SO hard to try and make piano loops just using the screen.
Nope, just the screen. After a while
you get used to it
well what bpm is it?
What did you do for the bass?
Do you mean effects? If so I don’t really remember it’s been a while since I made this. But I believe it’s the modern 80s bass preset
yooooooooo its fire ngl
🔥🔥🔥🔥
What’s the bass you used
Where did you get the machine language from?
Very nice
How’d you get that pad (A...LK) whatever it was, to sound like that?
same mine doesn’t sound like that either
FIRE
what tempo?
HEAT 🔥
what’s the intro music? or did you make that too? 😆
can you tell me how you made or mixed the drums?
Well the drum pattern itself is very simple, a kick on every beat and snare every second beat, sixteenth note hihat pattern. For the mixing I just added reverb on the snare.
