    this video is very funny! More importantly, Dr. Jessica does a GREAT job at being flexible! I know this video was supposed to make people laugh, but it actually shows how one can truly turn potentially annoying and disastrous appointments into something positive by not taking people's 'qwerks' personally! Always have your boundaries, but never take things personally and drop your professionalism. Probably the greatest vet soft-skill a person can possess!

    The only thing to add is when auscultating the heart/lungs, that’s when smart phone dude would have spoken for the first and only time during the appointment.
