This man doesn’t understand that there are different levels of privilege and that living in the the inner city doesn’t mean that you’re poor or living in the suburbs doesn’t mean that you’re rich there are many privileged families that live in the inner city whether led by a single parent household or a two parent household and many of these families are Black. I question why he doesn’t seem to also focus on poor White families in the inner city.Would he ever discuss families that live in the suburbs who are struggling to put food on the table because they don’t qualify for public assistance or who are struggling to make ends meets and the effect that it has on the children of these struggling families.People hide behind closed doors and what we see in the public isn’t always reflective of what is going on at home. He needs to be fair and honest with people and give people an opportunity to make an impression rather than be judged based on stereotypes.

He doesn’t treat single Black mothers fairly he doesn’t believe in them having a voice for their children and that is very evident in conversations .He also treats the Black students with much less respect than he does the White students if someone speaks up he perceives that is arguing and that is with both students and parents particularly the Black ones he is also very controlling and doesn’t adhere to rules and guidelines

He is also very dishonest and honestly he will cover an incident up if it could negatively impact a staff member
