Loreen’s performance of Euphoria still remains my favourite ever from Eurovision, it was breath taking. I still listen to her music today, she’s amazing
I just love the diversity of Eurovision.. Just look at the winners since 2015 and you can see how different they are in therms of staging, outfits and the song's genre. Even if they were not your favorites, it's hard not to admit that each of them is a totally deserved winner. It also helped me to realise that I don't have a favorite music genre.. Music is emotion, feeling, undestanding and I'm so happy that I finally realised what is the contest all about
@@targaryenforlife Don't worry about them they're just a Berk. For me, "1944" and "Amar Pelos Dois" are just those types of songs whose studio versions leave me quite cold, but the live performances really bring the songs to life. Some songs are like that. Both really worthy winners, in my opinion.
Seriously it’s the only eurovision winning song that stands out artistically - or in fact the only one that is ambitious musically. Very odd that it won this rather low-level contest but I’m so glad it did. And an artist that doesn’t really do cheap pop music everybody will fall into. I’m very glad there’s a substantial number of people that even dislike it - it only confirms it’s too ambitious for average eurovision taste.
Sobral and his entry hold the Eurovision record for the highest-scoring winner, having earned a total of 758 points under the current voting system, after winning both the jury vote and televote.
It’s not that high because the new system offers A LOT more points - 2015 and before that you need to double their overall points as their jury and televote points were seeded into one

Are you really surprised, though? It's what 90% of these 'reaction videos' are about. As soon as a youtuber gets the slightest hint that reacting to certain videos in a certain way is the way to appeal to more people they will keep on doing it. It's how they make money.
Exactly. Instead of analyzing strenght of vocals or fantastic instrumental part of Italy's performance, she said that they have won because of their sex appeal......Imagine.
Loreen's 'Euphoria' is oft ranked as the best ESC song ever. It's even mooted as a future Europe 'national' anthem. I concur. (2021's winner still makes me wince, I'm afraid)

They are all fantastic and worthy of winning, but must highlight two: "Arcade" - song by Duncan Laurence; simply never tire of listening to it and I always discover a different reason to listen to it again. "Amar pelos dois" - song by Salvador Sobral; There was no room for doubt, the most consensual song on the Eurovision stage
Hey I'm not sure if anyone's pointed this out, but the audio is out of sync starting at 2:14 With that said, love your videos, your Eurovision reactions and your analysis of the vocals. Cheers to Conchita Wurst being one of your favorite winners - just in time for pride month too

Euphoria and Heroes were definitely memorable for me (a bit biased maybe, considering I'm Swedish) and I love them, but at the same time I have heard them so many times so I don't actually have them on my Spotify playlist. Running Scared and 1944 I had completely forgotten about, and Portugal's song which I don't really remember much either but in this case I didn't actually watch the competition the year it won (unlike the other two I had forgotten). I liked Only Teardrops and listened to it a lot the year it won, Toy was never one that I liked much though it certainly was memorable, but at the end of the day it's only 3 songs on the list that I actually have in my Spotify playlist: 1. Zitti e Buoni 2. Rise Like a Phoenix 3. Arcade Those three will have to be my picks for favourite winners out of the last 10.
Consider the differing arcs of the careers of Loreen Talhaoui and Mans Zelmerlow: She's still somewhat mysterious in Europe, and Mans.. well clearly EBU plans on using him EVERY SINGLE YEAR (winner + brilliant host= winning combo)
I love Conchita Wurst. She has a great voice and a great live performance. Thank you always for these videos, Georgina. Happy pride month. 🏳️🌈 This year like the previous one, we celebrate it differently because of the pandemic. A cordial greeting. 🌹
Måneskin my favourite by far. They just sound original and the stage presence is🔥 It was a nice change from all the ballads that won the previous years. For a reason the most famous winner of the last 11 years. I hope for something different this year too, so I‘m not for the favourite Sweden. We need more diversity of winner songs!
(Only if you want to of course) I would love your reaction to 1964's Eurovision winner 'Non ho l'eta' (Italy's first winning song). It's my favourite Eurovision song of all time!
Loreen’s performance of Euphoria still remains my favourite ever from Eurovision, it was breath taking. I still listen to her music today, she’s amazing

Are you really surprised, though? It's what 90% of these 'reaction videos' are about. As soon as a youtuber gets the slightest hint that reacting to certain videos in a certain way is the way to appeal to more people they will keep on doing it. It's how they make money.
Exactly. Instead of analyzing strenght of vocals or fantastic instrumental part of Italy's performance, she said that they have won because of their sex appeal......Imagine.
people can change their opinions.
The problem is not with her voicing her preferences but with your bullying
I still get goosebumps when conchita performs
Loreen's 'Euphoria' is oft ranked as the best ESC song ever. It's even mooted as a future Europe 'national' anthem. I concur. (2021's winner still makes me wince, I'm afraid)
I don't get the hype
It's funny how people try and link music to politics.
What happened to the audio? The video and the audio in this video doesn't match or is it just my device.
My Top 10
10-Running Scared
9-1944
8-Amar Pelos Dois
7-Heroes
6-Toy
5-Zitti e Buoni
4-Rise Like a Phoenix
3-Arcade
2-Euphoria
1-Only Teardrops
For me (best to worse)
Euphoria (iconic)
Arcade
Zitte e Buoni
1944 (love the lyrics, brought something different to the table)
Rise like a Phoenix
Only Teardrops
Toy (love the chorus, chicken noises kinda annoying though)
Heroes (basic sounding)
Amar Pelos Dois (not my kind of music, but appretiated)
Running Scared (such a "meh" song)
Mine
10 Running Scared
9 Amor Pelos Dois
8 Arcade
7 1944
6 Only Teardrops
5 Zitti e Buoni
4 Heroes
3 Rise Like a Phoenix
2 Toy
1 Euphoria
They are all fantastic and worthy of winning, but must highlight two:
"Arcade" - song by Duncan Laurence; simply never tire of listening to it and I always discover a different reason to listen to it again.
"Amar pelos dois" - song by Salvador Sobral; There was no room for doubt, the most consensual song on the Eurovision stage
Nice video thanks
Euphoria is the best winner ever, imo❤️
Hey I'm not sure if anyone's pointed this out, but the audio is out of sync starting at 2:14
With that said, love your videos, your Eurovision reactions and your analysis of the vocals.
Cheers to Conchita Wurst being one of your favorite winners - just in time for pride month too
Maneskin all day...yes Damiano is a total showman, but also his voice is a powerhouse, the boy can sing almost anything. My second has to be only teardrops

But all winners, including those 10 years ago from 1956 to today, are deserved winners and great songs!🎉👍👍👍
You forgot the best one - Lena 2010. She is such a great artist, I loved her winning song and all her work afterwards
It says last 10. Lena was 2010 and the last 10 were 2011-2019+2021
10 years from now its 2010? k
My favourite is Emmelie de Forrest from Denmark 2013 🥰
(Inglese google traduttore in italiano)
My TOP3 Winners are:
1. Conchita
2. Duncan
3. Loreen

7. Heroes

I love Running Scared 😃
Love from Amsterdam
Euphoria and Heroes were definitely memorable for me (a bit biased maybe, considering I'm Swedish) and I love them, but at the same time I have heard them so many times so I don't actually have them on my Spotify playlist. Running Scared and 1944 I had completely forgotten about, and Portugal's song which I don't really remember much either but in this case I didn't actually watch the competition the year it won (unlike the other two I had forgotten). I liked Only Teardrops and listened to it a lot the year it won, Toy was never one that I liked much though it certainly was memorable, but at the end of the day it's only 3 songs on the list that I actually have in my Spotify playlist:
1. Zitti e Buoni
2. Rise Like a Phoenix
3. Arcade
Those three will have to be my picks for favourite winners out of the last 10.
Consider the differing arcs of the careers of Loreen Talhaoui and Mans Zelmerlow: She's still somewhat mysterious in Europe, and Mans.. well clearly EBU plans on using him EVERY SINGLE YEAR (winner + brilliant host= winning combo)
1 Loreen Euphoria🇸🇪
2 Emelie only tear drops🇩🇰
3 Mans zermelow Heroes🇸🇪
4 Duncan Laurence Arcade🇳🇱
5 Maneskin🇮🇹
6 Phoenix🇦🇹
Conchita I think will always and forever be my favorite I so much adore her
Iceland was my fav in 2021 in the "online" eurovision :p Not official, but still!
Loreen. Forever 🙌🏼
Listen to Switzerland’s entry for 2020 Eurovision, that one would have definitely won!
no way, iceland would have won
I love Conchita Wurst. She has a great voice and a great live performance. Thank you always for these videos, Georgina. Happy pride month. 🏳️🌈 This year like the previous one, we celebrate it differently because of the pandemic. A cordial greeting. 🌹
Happy pride! Thanks for your support. X
Måneskin my favourite by far. They just sound original and the stage presence is🔥
It was a nice change from all the ballads that won the previous years.
