I kind of forgot I had this and since we are all homebound these days and unable to travel, I thought I would post this. It is for those of you originally from Peoria that can't travel back right now to visit or those of you that still live there that are staying home. This is my favorite area in all of Peoria, Illinois...the beautiful, breathtaking scenery, is second to none. The houses are luxurious and well kept. The road has many bends and curves throughout. I absolutely love that area, drive thru there practically every day

Is this the place they do all the Christmas lights at? I remember being at grandma's going on some drive of lights and view was breathtaking
I can't count the innumerable times I spent driving & walking this area alone, growing up in Peoria Heights. After living all over the US, this brings back many lovely memories for me about the beauty of this area. Thank you for sharing.

Glad to see this. would like to have seen more of the homes along it. In 1963ish I lived on Homestead Ave below the bluff across US150. Rode bicycles with my friends up from bottom pavilion to Prospect Ave. Cousin lived on both sides of Prospect on Glen Ave.
