@@Aalahazrat_786 and the khairabadis don't do takfir of deobandis, matter of fact the current principal of firangi mahal is a graduate of darul uloom nadwatul ulama, a madrasah that follows the deobandi manhaj, not to mention a senior highly respected muhaddith who studied in firangi mahal is whole life and has the surname "khairabadi" is currently a teacher of hadith in darul uloom deoband.
On one hand you have fazile haqs kharabadis view on shah Ismail and on the other hand ahmad razas this is a contradiction. If shah sahib is a kafir so is ahmad Raza khan a kafir for not calling someone who insults islam a kafir see tahmeed e imaan. The old Dehlvis were sunnis as were the latter ones. The Ismail Dehlvi left their tradition and embraced Najdism. And he had some Kufria beliefs which is why Fazle Haqq rebuked him and even made takfir.

Yes they are related. But khairabadis and dehlavis are both different traditions (in terms of secondary issues in aqaid, tasawuf, etc).
