Aerated Autoclave Concrete Block is a lightweight AAC block manufactured through a reaction of aluminum powder and a proportionate blend of fly ash, lime, cement, and sand. AAC blocks manufacturing business idea in India is booming as the demand for these blocks is taking over the need for red bricks in India.
The AAC Block manufacturing process involves the hydrogen gas escaping in tiny air cells and giving AAC blocks a durable cellular structure. AAC is light weighted, easily constructed, and economically cheap to transport.

AAC brick manufacturing process involves the steps like mixing the mixtures followed by pouring the mixture into the block casting mold, further demolding and cutting of blocks with the help of wire, and then heating the blocks at high-pressure steam for 12 hours.

Some engineers stating that, AAC blocks, bearing load is less than Clay bricks. After some time there will be cracks in the wall in 10 feet hight walls. If it is correct the entire industry will shut down. What precautions should be taken against cracks.
