Dude, I made a joke :P In MW3 you could see some scorestreaks with colour blind assist on. Besides of that the colour blind assist colour were closer to the Black Ops 1 colours as the regular colours (colour blind assist disabled). He just put it on on BO2 since he already used it for a year.

Almost every regular player pays for them and its not like your team couldn't work a deal with activation to have DLC free for pro players or something if needed as I'm sure the little bit of money they lose on that will be earned back by the fans who want to buy in return.
