It was a real bonus that in recent Injustice comics Wonder Woman referred to Pat as a very credible and highly capable threat that everyone should be concerned about. Another bonus was that he totally proved her right, was the keystone to the entire arc and even got back on speaking terms with his son. Nice job, Plas.

I love that in all Iterations of this dude, they always keep his old-school accent. An obvious trait considering his background. But I literally can't imagine him sounding any different. The Comedic John Mulaney kind of vibe, which I find hilarious and fits him too much.
Given how successful Shazam (AKA "The REAL Captain Marvel") was, I think we are all ready to see a decent Plastic Man movie from the DCEU. a Film about a former criminal turned superhero sounds like a winner to me.
I understand that it's easier to make characters stick out if you tie them to one of the big three... but now people think Plas is Batman's reformation project. Plas was his own character for decades without Batman and definitely deserves to be a top character just based on his amazing novelty alone
"Plastic Man" Cast of Characters: Plastic Man: A kindhearted, easygoing, wisecracking, energetic, hyperactive and friendly elastic superhero with a pair of goggle glasses and a red leotard who uses his elasticity to help save the world and fight crime while defeating supervillains in order to pursue his dream to join the Justice League and protect himself with a help of his elastic body hence his name. He finds himself getting trapped inside a television set by one of his many archenemies; TV-headed robotic supervillain Flatscreen where he vows to have his revenge on him, meets up with the tv audience and tries to ask them for help only to squish his face on a glass and manages to get it off. He discovers what happened while tapping on the glass and tries to walk his way out only to squish his face twice. He's got upset about how the glass is indestructible and tries to find his way out by stretching his neck to push through a roof only for it to get bounced off all the way onto the floor and retracts his neck quickly. He feels a little exhausted and tries to find his way out by converting himself into a big bouncy ball and bounce up and down and at one time, he bounces up and down just a little too far. He realizes that it was a hard work finding a way out. He decides to make a plan to escape the television set because he knows that there's got to be a way out of here. He tries to slip his hands under the glass and pull it up with his strength only for his hands to get flattened in a twisted state. He comes up with an idea and tries to use his arms as a pair of rubber bands in order to make a quick escape as soon as possible like a slingshot only to smash himself against the glass and melts into a puddle of liquid. He decides to try and think of a way to find his way out and finds himself getting letterboxed by Flatscreen while trying to hold himself against two black bars and getting squashed flat. After getting flattened thanks to his elasticity, he comes up with an idea to find his way out, turns himself into a hand shovel to dig a hole and dives his way out so that he can give Flatscreen a taste of his own medicine by knocking him out and traps him in his own white void background and as he realizes that his own trap has turned against him, he turns off his television set to make sure lots of people are reading a book since they're much better than getting trapped in televisions and changes the lines so that he can watch the TV while having friends.
Dude might’ve been a bit op if they went all in on the elasticity concept. Imagine trying to hit your opponent, but he crouches into a puddle, or he hits you from the opposite end of the stage with a hammer, any physical attack you do having a chance to just rubber-band off and potentially hit YOU as a kind of counter move. That said his character would’ve been very enjoyable and so long as he doesn’t absolutely break the game he should totally be in an Injustice 3 if that ever comes out.
I have a question! When did dc animation started having seriousness instead of comedy? Like Dcamu, that I saw as 8 year old in 2013, which is not suited for younger than 14 years of age. Same goes for dark knight return, superman vs elite etc.
I think it just depends on who's writing the show. There are shows that a heavily rely on jokes like teen titans go and that aquaman king of Atlantis etc
Plastic Man's dialogues between him and any combatants of any future installment of this franchise would be absolutely untouchable and godlike,in regards to the witty quips he'd toss in the directions of his opponents decimating any and all pride they may possess. He'd roast EVERYONE and they momma! No one on the roster would be safe from his remorseless banter, especially if he doesn't like said person getting verbally toasted. And that's not even mentioning how badass his move set would be considering the powers he contains. Continuing to leave this DC OG out of the videogames is a huge INJUSTICE❕❗❕ And I'm sure any and all comic book readers would agree, especially if they're life long readers of the classic DC issues. why does everyone that knows batman have to fall into a vat of something eventually

Batman wasn’t involved in the comics.

Plasticman - THE most OP DC hero who just decides he doesn't wanna be OP.
Most underrated character of DC comics. But funniest character of DC comics.
Hey what about Elongated Man, and others who appeared in Batman the Brave and the Bold. DC should bring them back and more.
The thing i like about plastic man is that sometimes he can be one of the strongest DC characters but other times he could be the weakest

This is a adult joke they shoved into the new team Titans and it was actually pretty funny but most of the show does suck tho

I'm surprised Plastic Man didn't appear in a Justice League Unlimited episode myself and wasn't even considered for the teams roster
He was mentioned a few times
They couldn’t get the rights for him at the time so they put in Elongated Man to fill in
