I am not unable to understand , here Entry view matched with Ledger view , Cr line items splitting happened based on dr line items , because of document splitting is activated for profit center. If anything incorrect please let me know. I think here we have to educate to user , what is document splitting and as well as what is entry view & ledger view.

Hi sir, i come across one issue related to document splitting...while I'm Posting one document in FB60 the entry is salary ac DR to Bank ac CR.....it is asking co object for balance sheet item otherwise I'm unable to post that document.....as per understanding we need to assign co object only for P &L items only right and it is mandatory for those....why it is asking for balance sheet item.... please advise

You are right , CO object should link with P/L items only . check your settings .
