Sunni Hadith are filled with contradictions and inconsistencies… it’s very very important, brothers and sisters, to read and research. I’m a new revert to Shia Islam, ALHAMDULLILAH.
And yes… these types of Hadith, and others have created Isis and Daesh and Boko haraam… etc.

Who Killed Umar? Why Good Muslims of that time allowed to burry him next to Prophet (Peace be upon him).
    Does anyone oppose that?

He was burried in Jewish cemetery. Now it is a part of Albaqi cos it expanded. This is our history. That is exactly what Sayyid said as well.

No, Saad ibn Abi Waqqas’s son did not kill Husayn ibn Ali. The confusion may arise from the complex history and the different figures involved in the events surrounding the tragic death of Husayn ibn Ali.
Background on Husayn ibn Ali’s Death:
    The Battle of Karbala:
Husayn ibn Ali, the grandson of Prophet Muhammad and a significant figure in Islamic history, was killed in the Battle of Karbala on October 10, 680 CE (10th of Muharram, 61 AH). This battle was fought against the forces of Yazid ibn Muawiya, the Umayyad Caliph.
    Key Figures in the Battle:
The army that fought against Husayn at Karbala was led by Umar ibn Sa'ad, who was a commander in the Umayyad army. Umar ibn Sa'ad was not the son of Saad ibn Abi Waqqas; rather, he was a different individual with his own historical background.
Clarification on Saad ibn Abi Waqqas and His Family:
    Saad ibn Abi Waqqas:
Saad ibn Abi Waqqas was a prominent companion of Prophet Muhammad and a respected figure in early Islamic history. He played a significant role in early Muslim military campaigns and governance.
    His Son:
Saad ibn Abi Waqqas’s son was Uthman ibn Saad. Historical sources do not indicate that Uthman ibn Saad had any direct involvement in the events of Karbala or in the killing of Husayn ibn Ali.
    Umar ibn Sa'ad:
Umar ibn Sa'ad, the commander of the forces against Husayn, was the son of Sa'ad ibn Abi Waqqas, but this is a different Sa'ad. Umar ibn Sa'ad is often confused with Saad ibn Abi Waqqas, but they are distinct individuals.
    Historical Context:
    Role of Umar ibn Sa'ad:
Umar ibn Sa'ad, the general who led the army against Husayn, was not directly related to Saad ibn Abi Waqqas but shared the same name. He played a crucial role in the events at Karbala, which were part of the broader political and religious conflict between the Umayyad Caliphate and the supporters of Ali and his family.
    Historical Accuracy:
The historical records clearly distinguish between Saad ibn Abi Waqqas and Umar ibn Sa’ad. Saad ibn Abi Waqqas was not involved in the Battle of Karbala, and his family did not participate in the killing of Husayn.
    Conclusion:
Saad ibn Abi Waqqas’s son did not kill Husayn ibn Ali. The confusion between Saad ibn Abi Waqqas and Umar ibn Sa’ad, who shared similar names but were different individuals, can lead to misunderstandings. Umar ibn Sa'ad, who was involved in the events of Karbala, was not the son of Saad ibn Abi Waqqas.

@@hakunamatata9509 Regardless where the information is from - it gives context. Clearly it wasnt Saad ibn Abi Waqqas son that killed Imam Husayn. Facts are facts regardless what you choose to believe. By the way I am a Shia of Imam Ali before you start thinking I'm some hardcore Salaf.
