Serving burgers with shrimp salad is new for me. In Augusta, Ga where I live we serve burgers 🍔 with fries. The shrimp salad does look appealing.

What type of charcoal do you use? And what’s your favorite? It looks like you use a lot of breakouts. You don’t use lump charcoal.
I use every kind of coal and wood even make my own lump. I have no favorites lol
