He's been known to fall like a leaf from great heights instead of plummeting to his death like a regular human being, so it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility XD

A lot of the same scenes as in the first Dark Simpsons clip I watched a couple of years ago (I'm Mr. Burns, Blah, Blah, Blah). A lot of nostalgia. Not bad, not bad at all. There was that episode where he got a fancy loaner car, but gave it up because some guys wanted to obliterate the Valiant. I still wonder if he keeps the fender dented and un-fixed because he loves the dents for some funny sentimental reason.
That is the American Dream. Being able to run so fast, you can drop a body from a high window and be on the ground before the body makes impact. No wonder he's so lazy. He was saving that energy for a burst of Sonic speed for such an occasion.

When everyone at the plant saw what Homer did, they thought it was fun and wanted their own chance to throw Burns off the edge. They've been hauling his body up and throwing it down all day.
You know, people are going to point out that Homer somehow made it down before Burns landed, but as you can see, it changed from day to night. Burns just took hours to fall. Probably just got caught in an updraft.
The throw makes perfect sense, Mr. Burns was in the air for a long time since Homer threw him from the Nuclear Plant to his own front yard. Plenty of time for the sun to set and Homer to make it back to ground level.
I thought you were gonna use the scene from Treehouse Horror VI where Homer says: “Kill my boss? Do I dare live out the American Dream?” Lol but good episode
