- Homer Simpson has had enough of Mr. Burns. After work for the same man, for the same salary for the last 10 years, Homer is finally fired, but Mr. Burns doesn't let it end there. He continues his bullying for Homer.
This was a fairly simple video to put together, at the end where Mr Burns hits the ground, originally it had marge on the left but I removed her. I could have removed homer as well but i thought it would be funny that homer somehow ran down faster than Mr Burns could fall lol. Also when Mr Burns says destroy him, i pieced it together from 4 different clips: Mr Burns, Smithers, the desk and the background. I think it turned out quite well.

The fact that Homer finally vowed revenge, not after the beating, but after Burns ruined TV, made me full-on belly laugh. A joke worthy of the glory days of OG Simpsons.

Considering Burns wanted Homer to be “destroyed”, getting punched once isn’t nearly as terrible, Homer got off easy this time.
Goons were merciful since one punch was enough to knock him out they let him be. Lol

@@DarkSimpsons Homer loves that 73 Plymouth Valiant way too much to give it up. There was that episode where he got a fancy loaner car, but gave it up because some guys wanted to obliterate the Valiant.
I still wonder if he keeps the fender dented and un-fixed because he loves the dents for some funny sentimental reason.
I'm glad Homer appreciates the comic genius of Rainier Wolfcastle.

A lot of the same scenes as in the first Dark Simpsons clip I watched a couple of years ago (I'm Mr. Burns, Blah, Blah, Blah). A lot of nostalgia. Not bad, not bad at all. Especially the Rainier Wolfcastle-parts got me a chuckle.

It was a very high building.
Caught a breeze and drifted like a feather. Mr. Burns is fairly light after all.
Homer also reached the ground before Mr. Burns.
When everyone at the plant saw what Homer did, they thought it was fun and wanted their own chance to throw Burns off the edge. They've been hauling his body up and throwing it down all day.
Oh, cartoons don't have to be 100% realistic...

The throw makes perfect sense, Mr. Burns was in the air for a long time since Homer threw him from the Nuclear Plant to his own front yard. Plenty of time for the sun to set and Homer to make it back to ground level.

When my son was about 11 years old he entered a Jaycee Relay Race. He’d never ran track before and didn’t know everybody wore shorts. He came in jeans, to everyone’s amusement. He ran the last leg for his team - and came away the fastest runner of the day, and made up considerable distance to win. This video made me think of that day. How I wish I had been able to see it, instead of only hear and read about it. I was a single mom and had to work. My son was an amazing athlete. ❤️
