How to make wrap skirt with pockets|easy method

Sewing a wrap skirt is a dream, wearing one is simply awesome!
In today’s tutorial I show you how you can make your dream wrap skirt with pockets in just a few minutes.
For this tutorial you will need 3 yards of african print . If you want to use any western fabric and it’s by the meter you need 2.5 m irrespective of you size.
To start, fold the fabric in half ,then triangularly on the table. Make sure the folded edge is against the open edge. Measure 15/16 inches from the toppointed angle of the fold to get the waist circumference. Once you have cut out the waist, measure your desired skirt length ( make an allowance for folding and joining the band by adding extra 1.5 inches)
Cut out long strips of fabric measuring atleast 90 inches in total to make belt, cut out the pockets ( 12x10 inches)
After folding the edges and the bottom. Pin and stitch the pockets on from the top right outer part of the wrap, add your belt and the skirt is ready.

This is a lovely skirt, but I don't typically sew apparel, so was hoping for a tutorial that included you sewing the pieces together versus just showing the cuts. It's a really cute skirt though, but I need the full instructions including sewing the pieces together. I have absolutely no idea how to attach the waistband pieces, Plus, I'm thinking there's a cut-out of some sort for at least one end of the extended portion of the waistband to fit through to come around to the front. This is why I quilt...LOL!!
Lol. You can make a cut out if you like but I didn’t do any for this. For full instructions I do online classes

From the skirt edge 2 inches, in between pockets 3-4 inches x

Yea the right side of the wrap . The distance should be about 3 -4 inches at the top xx

Awww thank you for watching and the great feedback. If you want a long wrap without joining then you have several options. One you can cut 2/3 flares and join to form the wrap or You can also make it a semi flare not full flare .

Great video, just one question...what is 3 yards in cm
3 yards is like 3 meters, the only difference is that yards have shorter length so length wise is the same as meters x
Please, the band excess extension can be up to how many inches. I mean the part that can be knotted into bow... please ma.
You can make it as long as you wish . Depending on your preference and size it can be 36- 50 inches long on each side.

Place close to the ends of the right of the flare , about 2 inches apart at the top x

Yes but If you want it to go round her waist more you can do 52,10/12 inches plus the person’s waist is perfect.

Please I didn’t get the waist you were using
It’s a one size fit. So use your waist measurement plus 12 inches to get the waist for your wrap skirt
When in case you something longer but you don't want a joint
