As I watch this video, probably 10 Toyota Hiluxes have been stolen😩..... beautiful cars these ones but it would be difficult to own one having to live in fear constantly
I think it is good for a big vehicle. Around town it is around 8.4l/100km. However, on a trip on highways I get under 8l/100km. Lowest I have got is 7.2
I fully agree with you. There are other options you can go with, which offers more features at a lesser price. The likes of the prev-gen Ranger or even the P-Series.
If you live in Limpopo and or it’s rurals, you can get a hilux. My dad has one from 2000 and it's still running. There's barely car theft in Limpopo either.
The Toyota Hilux 2.4 GD-6 or 2.8 GD-6 Bakkie or the Toyota Land Cruiser 4.0 EFI V6, 4.2 EFI D or Petrol and 4.5 EFI V8 Bakkie are my dream car's a Double-Cab or Single-Cab 4x4 or 4x2 vehicles I really like it.
I'm a Toyota Hilux enthusiast and I drive one at work the 1KD. The Triton is awesome 👌. I love the feel and the performance of the Triton, 178 horsepower which put the hilux 2GD 2.4 behind. I don't know why Toyota didn't bump up the horsepower on the 2GD to rival the Triton.
@@israelnkhuwa3488 The Mitsubishi Triton is an excellent product let's stop being brand bias get the Automatic transmission in the Triton it changes beautiful
I'd honestly buy this it has all you really need and the fact that its a manual makes it better .

I wouldn't own this if I lived in Gauteng. Seeing that I'm in Limpopo, it's definitely something to consider. Great utility.
Proud owner of a single cab 2.4 GD6 a very perfect car🙌🏾🥇🔥
How's the fuel consumption?
@@livelive1462 13/14 litres to the 100 city driving and about 18+ travelling long distances my brother

You’ll end up spending more on repairs, these vehicles cancel each other out, plus this car retains its value even after 150k km

Please check police reports 😅
@@ChroniclesMedicalStudent I check them daily. Barely, doesn’t mean “never”.
I like simple things. I'd buy this car regardless of its price.
Love Hilux ❤my favorite pickup, but please update the car .
Great review. I prefer a 2.8 GD-6

great one champ 🤝🤝💫
Simple, buy this car and get it to the dyno for more power and torque. Im sure the 2.4 can do about 140kN and 550 N.M
Great presentation
Thank you 🙏🏾
I love the Hilux but I prefer the Mitsubishi Triton please do a Triton review

Double cubs confuse me because I don't see their purpose in the city or in an urban area, they just belong in the farms.
Ke koloi ya banyana mponeng.
Ke koloi ya goja marago
If I am not in hurry I would have to wait and buy it next year saving 100k. I am still uncomfortable buying a million rand bakkie
Eish my guy am sorry but where did you get your watch band
Takealot
Does it have electric mirrors?
Yes it does
Educate me, are these models only for 2023 or 2024 too? when does toyota release the new toyota for 2025?
sosa what cameras do you use
iPhone
When Tacoma ?
It’s only perfect if it doesn’t get stolen…
It engages reverts like BMW 3 series e90 manual
How long is Toyota planning on recycling this hilux? Honestly, this design is tired now.
it'll end up winning an award of "one model with many varients" 😂
New models coming end of the year
too expensive
Buy a hilux and get a farm house away from city 😂
This car retains most of its value even after 200000km🫢😮
