I show you my part of the collab I made with my dear friend Simsiesmith (building process in stop motion style).

As you can see in the video, I did the exterior part of this collab. We have built a big and luxurious mansion in a rustic modern style, surrounded by nature and big waterfalls. Additionally I have added a few specials:
Natural pools with different waterfalls
Various seating areas
A round modern seating area with campfire
A sauna with a beautiful view of the nature
BBQ Area
A whirlpool
and my personal favorite, a heated pool in a grotto
!! Everything is functional (game tested) | For the small waterfall, the windows and the round seating area you can find a TUTORIAL on my channel!
The interior was designed by my Collab partner and dear friend Simsiesmith. I have been a big fan of her interior designs and houses for a long time, so I asked her for a Collab. Please make sure to check her UA-cam channel! And I would be happy if you support her!

Wow that's really a pity that you want to unsubscribe because of this 🙈 But if you feel that way, I can't stop you. The reason why I only upload it to the gallery is that I am not allowed to upload it to TSR if it is already in the gallery. And why I uploaded it to the gallery? Because I am not allowed to upload collabs to TSR. But I upload a lot of houses to TSR, so you have a very large selection.

Small advice. Your content is soo good. Like really. U are one of the most talented sims builders. But it's not fair that u are in UA-cam more than year, and still not so famous. If you want to have more subscribers i think it will be great if you're going to talk in your videos. But still u are awesome

Why dont want to use mod furniture in the sims 4
Because there are many people who do not use CC and mods. Therefore I build them without CC 😊
