I love to see all of it, Justine. It's your life. I come from a farm family and this is such a busy time. Even if you aren't the one doing the harvesting, it's all hands in. I am impressed you can keep up with the demands to be competitive, and bring your horse along, and everything else. Plus time for goat battles...who doesn't love battles with the goats?! PS - I would rather be eventing than doing all the cooking for harvest time - I remember my Mom, Grandma and Aunts cooking all day and bringing the food out to the field. OMG. Keep up the all the great stuff! Cheers from Canada!
❤ thanks , love the format and the new footwear for The Commentator and SuperGroom..pls show other horses coming in to work ready for new season if possible....
What a great round for you and Brody. He is so keen, and he jumps beautifully. Thank you for sharing a precious part of your life, with us. I love all of the animals, and I love your competitions, too. Whatever you'd like to show me, I'll be here!
I love all of your videos Justine and this one was fabulous!! We got the ODE which I love seeing and home life plus dressage lesson, who could ask for more! Just got to say though…..hasn’t Brody really come on, you can really see a massive difference in him, such a gorgeous boy and his working trot has really come on this season ❤ xx
Oh Brody you are such a clever boy. Justine great vlog - both of you doing so well on this upwards journey- luvin those wee joyful goaties...and all your farm lifex
I love seeing it all.Brody is gorgeous and so talented.Justine you are proving age is just a number but you ride and train Brody beautifully and always with kindness. Farm family life is hard work but plenty of fun there as well.Onwards and upwards will be following your journey.
The voiceovers are never annoying!! It's great to hear what you have to say, how it felt at the time, how it looks to you after the fact, critiqueing yourself is very interesting and educational for us too.
I love that all of your videos give us the whole package. A glimpse into your life. As a person who has always wanted your life but never truly got it I live vicariously through you. As an older person who really doesn’t even ride anymore, it is so challenging to change old habits so I’m giving you tons of credit. Dressage is getting a lot better. Brodie does have the ability to get better marks but honestly he does try. I love you ending on dressage because that is where he needs the most work. Jumping wise this horse finds nothing intimidating. He is a jumping machine. Well done Justine!
Loved it all Justine - Brody is sound as a pound isn't he and he ate the cross country. Your hard work is paying off, well done. Thank you for sharing your family and farm life too - goats, turkeys, hounds, tractors, puppies, what's not to like!
Lovely eventing day… Brodie ate up the jumping that day especially XC. Well ridden ma’am. Dressage schooling had many nice moments. Very pretty picture. Bert and Ernie 🧡
Absolutely love watching your vlogs your life looks like a total dream. So many gorgeous animals everywhere you look. Could watch you all day never a dull moment. Xx
Really enjoyed watching and I like watching your farming life side of your life and it takes me back to being a kid we would help the farmer who's farm we camped on
What a great performance over the obstacles! Ros Canter is the Queen of looking up, amazing. Think your vlogs are unique in showing farming, livestock, eventing, and lots of humour, (Charlie). Very entertaining Justine. 👏🏻.
looks great Justine! Brody is so lush ❤ as always, love seeing the extras, but how about that Trakhener hey!! that looked like it felt great, and he totally just ate it up! good job
I enjoy your vlogs, especially the competitions, but I also like getting a peek at your farm life and am curious about what crops you raise. Give Brody a 'good boy' pat from me! ~from USA~
I love this style of vlog, it’s great seeing everything that goes on behind the scenes, including farming life, not to mention your glorious goats! I’m also adopting “only Mary Poppins is perfect” as my new motto. Good luck to you and Brodie for your next outing!
I love the banter between the people and the getting ready, the farm life etc It’s hard, I know as a very amateur vlogger 😂 that we want to show heaps of the horses but then it can get a bit mundane which is sad cause it’s the best bit!!! Also trying to have people around to film is hard. But loving your vlogs! Keep the banter bits, chat while you walk the course? Dinner before? Breaky? Loading blah blah
Brody really does have wings!! You need to make him a logo with his name and some wings or something. You did an amazing job!! You’re actively working on not collapsing, so some lapses are to be expected. Don’t be too hard on yourself there! And congrats to the support crew for breaking in those shoes so well. They looked like professional grooms.
My favourite bit......'Is she lost?' 😂😂😂 asks Charlie as if he's talking about an elderly mother wandering around in a garden centre 😂😂😂 Great result in the Competition!! ❤❤
Super vlog! I love these. I don't know if it's extra time-consuming, but you really pack a ton of fantastic, varied, substantial footage into these vlogs and I'm here for it. Like if you decided to only do vlogs with competitions, lessons and scenes from the farm, I would totally tune into every single one of them.- Not saying you need to do that, but this is a great format and I super enjoy it. Great competition footage! I could honestly watch you and Brody show jump and go cross country for hours. It's so lovely and impressive! As for the dressage, it's coming! I think it could be worth rewatching the Pippa lesson. Sorry! Cheeky suggestion, but could be helpful to review. Watching lessons is fascinating and beneficial and scenes from the farm is so wonderful. I could watch that for hours too.
I think you look great! I have been told by two different trainers this week that I need to look up more. It’s very hard to break bad habits as we get a bit ‘ more mature😜’. Great job 👏🏻
Another good vlog, Justine. I thought Brody really took on the showjumping and cross country. It looked very good to my amateurs eye. It’s always great to see your support crew too 👍 Thank you for the entertainment… I know it’s a lot of work editing and putting all together… it is greatly appreciated 😊
Ooow and because you asked for vlog ideas…..I would love to see one of your xc training sessions with Simon please, I think that would be a fab watch! 😊xx
Love everything about the vlogs Justine. Good balance of eventing and life on the farm. Love your comments and humour. Brody really is such a beautiful boy. Looking forward to the next one.🇳🇿
Love seeing the events along with the farm life. Following comment made with the greatest respect.......during your dressage, I see your head and upper body moving quite a bit. I know you have had various injuries over the years, so thinking your upper body might not be as strong? As we get older (I'm 61) our bodies are not like they were 30 years ago.....😅. Love, love, love Brody and all you do with him. ❤
Love watching all of it. Farm life and a busy time now, the goats and turkeys are adorable and Brody is just the top man. He jumps fantastically well. You didn't mention his dressage score or his placing. I couldn't quite make it out but always look forward to your videos. Your not to far from me either. Good luck for the next event.
Gosh Justine, 20yrs ago that xc course would have easily been an intermediate track 😳 Novice seems so big and technical now days!! Well done and isn’t he just a machine ❤️ Love him 🥰
Have you tried that Ridesum app seat analytics thingy that Lucy did a video demo around Christmas? That might help with the shoulder drop and head position.
Well done. Brody is gorgeous. If you have any advice for getting your shoulder back please share, I have the same problem, but with my right shoulder and it then causes my right hand to come up and right elbow to flap out 🙈
@@laurenstead250 Trish made me trot round for a 20 m circle with one hand and the offending shoulder side off the rein hanging down behind my leg ( hope that makes sense )
Have a look at Meg Parkinson, she is great at off horse exercises for riders to help core strength, straightness etc. She's amazing. Also are you going to get a male turkey? So we can see baby turkeys in the spring?❤
Love your videos very inspiring. 😊 Brody has a lot of potential. He jumps very well. That trakhener will give me nightmares 😂 That's like jumping a smaller building and he just flew over it like nothing.
Love your videos - don’t really care about content! Horse stuff the best though. Billy Brody has come so far & doing so well. Well done! I wonder what happened to Lady, the gorgeous grey you had. I know she was a move on horse - do you have any updates on her? Keep the posts coming & Thankyou. Diana from Australia 😀
super super😀😀😀👋👋👋

'Is she lost?' classic commentary moment there. Great performance, he looks great and well ridden indeed.

Fully agree! Much prefer voiceovers over background music.

This was a lovely balanced vlog. I liked the work you did afterwards. Take your video to your chiropractor so they can see what's happening

My friends brought me a make-up bag with “Justine practically perfect in every way”” which is hilarious especially as I almost never wear make-up 😂
Epic horse epic woman 🍀💚🇮🇪💜💜💜
Justine, thanks for sharing your beautiful Brody, the training, competitions, and the farm life. Looking forward to your next video.
I love seeing it all too and your partnership with Brodie. Your family dynamics is fabulously bonkers 🤎
