Thank you! this was more informative than the in game tutorial. Is there a way to anti tank vehicles target only other tanks like in Coh? Its frustrating seeing my Jagdpanzer blasting at infantry revealing its position
THANK YOU FOR HELPING WITH THE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT I COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO OPEN CRATES & ETC i was literally pressing C so i could see whats inside but couldnt have them grab the items & same with bodies
@@runnereh what do you use to scout? Hidden unit with fire at will turned off? Or just cheap infantry behind cover somewhere? I've noticed anytime I don't move my artillery or mortars that they get hit by air plane strikes or some other kind of special cool down. Cheers.
@bradleyroth2125 so to scout early on I use the rifle recruits, then 2nd echelon I use sniper...yes fireing turned off...then 3rd ill start using the sabotage like Hans did... so to scout I take 1 rifleman from my rifle squad & I send him 30-50 meters in front of his squad...his squad has fire turned onto fire back just in case my guy is targeted/ I used to be a mortarmen in the Marines so I love my mortars & artillary... when I'm staging or micromanaging I stage all my attacking infantry in trenches with obviously a scout ahead like I said then my artillery & mortars are 150-200 meters behind that infantry trench line... when I have multiple (3 or 4 minimum usually) I stage them 30-40 meters apart & I have their fire turned off so nobody pre fires...then I camouflage & build sand bags around them with a supply truck dropping off a supply station...then I MOVE THE TRUCK just in case that also get blown up once my artillery & mortars are discovered ...when I'm done with my infantry micromanaging, I turn on fire with my ranged weapons & I let them soften the enemy before I push
yes thankyou, Ostfront is so good for single players but for multi it's a rough ride but this game for multi-player wise seems to work way better and actually has good performance yeah I egt there are things people don't like but imagine how angry you would be if you paid for ostfront and you struggle to even get a game oh your telling me they only sold me a single player game even though I paid to play mulit and single hmm not good barbwire studios, but on this game you're getting heaps of games and even with 300 ms no slideshows it runs almost perfect and this is coming from a big fan of ostfront but I have to admit multiplayer wise this game is way better then ostfront
@@evasion.6096 your computers' specs are not good enough to play through. Online has problems because graphics etc are in super high level. This causes online gaming problems
@@generalatilla5671 my specs are more than good enough lol. I say online is dead when you search lobbies there's literally like 2-3 and it's always the same players
You can play games against and with AI (against other AI). The game also has co-op for all modes if you want to fight with friends against the AI. Hans has a helpful video that describes some of the non-story linked vs AI modes which I think are a stand out feature of MoW2.
There is! Go into third person mode then there’s a button to go into first that pops up. It always spins my tanks the wrong direction so not sure if it’s a bug or what. I think there’s a way to hot key it but haven’t done so myself.
Way too much silly micro in this game...All for your tank to get sniped in the first 30 seconds anyway. I want to like MoW2, but its such a weird mix of overly detailed control mixed with arcade feeling gameplay just makes it feel strange to me.
@@WatchThunderOnYT Thats not really my point. I can learn hotkeys, although there are a ton of them here. My point is that they kept some of the deep micro from the first game but the overall game then also feels like an arcade game in how it plays. Its weird imo.
@@tylerevers6573 Tell that to the AI when I first started. Took a small hill to attack a point with infantry and they drive up jeeps or motorcycles that are twisting left and right while accurately firing, wiping out whole squads.
getting a little annoyed that you put out a series of obviously sponsored content without addressing that fact at all in the video. interesting as the game may be, this seems a little dishonest. still love you though Hans

First time player in this series. I will say all the controls are what im struggling with. Even after all the tutorials its tough.

I play on extra easy. And already struggle with the game lol. Theres no way i can micro manage my army like this.
I play on easy, just stage your units away from artillery & mortars & u can do this...always have a unit ahead of you to scout

Line of sight needs little bit of improvement...its so narrow!

It gets easier after a few dozen hours, you just have to practice

You can’t blitzkrieg that’s for sure. You have to screen with crawling infantry to get vision and keep your tanks at max range.
