This work invariably comes off better when it's done with choir and orchestra, but the performance here is, IMO, solidly good except for somewhat sloppy technique on the organ. It's much to the conductor's credit that s/he didn't rush the tempo as is so often done these days (see my comments under ua-cam.com/video/OJIRUwPXW5M/v-deo.html), not only because of the way that an overly hasty performance ruins the many subtle niceties of the work but also, in this case, the way in which a brisk tempo would have been incompatible with the clearly live acoustics of the sanctuary.
