Thanks Jim. Some has asked me about why I don’t use my knife blade … and it’s because I don’t like the “burn marks” it makes on the blade 🤔😉🔥 Atb to you my friend
Ha ha thanks Malcolm 👍🏻 I think I already have a reputation 🤓 many of my subscribers would be disappointed if I didn’t had my whiskey and did my blink 😉 Thanks for your support my friend and take care 😊🌤
Hi Tom, that haversack is very useful and a good demonstration of its correct use. Good leather work. Good to see that your bushcraft makes you happy. Thank you from Greg in Thailand
Another great video. Denmark seems like a really nice place. Lots of good advice and information as always, beautifully filmed and presented. Thank you.
The thanks go to you Tom. I watch all your videos and its is almost like going out for a hike with you, very relaxing with all the green and the birds singing. Hot here this weekend, it is the start of the Calgary Stampede the worlds greatest outdoor show (so the saying goes) rodeo and agriculture fair, I like watching the big work horses compete (Belgian and Clydesdale).
Hi Tom. I just enjoyed watching this old video of your Esse 5 sheath and your modifications. I'm still saving for a new knife. Esse 5 on my short list. Take care my friend.😀🇺🇸👍👍👍👍
Thank you for another very nice video Tom! It’s fun to explore new places and it looks like you found another great forest to spend time in. You have a very beautiful country! Thank you for sharing it with us. I’m sorry it’s so dry there. Hopefully you’ll get some rain soon. That is a very nice haversack. It’s nice to mix things up some times. You have an awesome collection of gear! I like what you have done to your knife sheath. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Best wishes to you and your family.
Thanks Tracy for your kind feedback … as always 😊 I really hope we will get some rain soon … so that I can make a fire 🔥 again … it’s the most fun part … I think … Atb to you
Wow Tom. So many nice things in this video to say. Beautiful looking area of the forest. The sheath looked excellent. That haversack is great to have on a day trip hike Thanks for taking us along on your adventure. ATB Mike
Pleasant video. I like the sheath mods. The "tower" structure I assume is so designed that the smoke will always rise and never linger where one sits. Nicely manicured forest that is still in the rough enough to have the outdoor experience.
Thanks Larry for your feedback and support 😁👍🏻 It’s a great forest and I’ll definitely come back for new adventures and probably do a overnighter there 🏕🌤😉🌲
Really enjoyed this video Tom. I bought the green metal Stanley flask this past week with some good Jack Daniels Tennessee whiskey. Also just happened to buy a new haversack my friend. Have enjoyed all your video s. Have a great day. Thanks TENNESSEE
Thanks a lot for your support my friend 👍🏻😁 I appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll be happy for your new haversack. Enjoy the whiskey and stay safe 🤗🌤🔥🇩🇰
Morning from Scotland …. I trust you are well. There is a malt whisky society in Edinburgh that produces a huge range of malt whiskies including many cask strength varieties …. very few would be found in the shops. You can join the society (see their web site) and can buy on line and have it delivered to your door. Be careful …. its strong stuff!!. I liked the sheath mods too. Atb Jim
Thanks Jim for your whiskey info 👌🏻😊 … I’ve tasted some great single cask whiskeys … and they are STRONG 💪🏻 waw Maybe I should check that website out 🤔👍🏻 🤪 Hope you’ll have a wonderful day 🔥🌲🌤
Another fine video. I wish I was walking along with you on that leisurely jaunt. Always a pleasure watching what you have to share. Wishing you well from Boston, Massachusetts in the US
Good ! Your craftsmanship on your mods are always very impressive . Beautiful scenery where the Nordic God's used to land in there aircraft ; ) The Lapland shelter is nice like traditional Sami a bit . I've just made a ground cloth like your PNW type and got the idea from your channel . Nice video !
I never thought of Denmark as a place with a lot of forests. I'm used to Michigan which has an abundance of places like that. I'm guessing that there are thick forest preserves in the upper peninsula of our state that might rival half the size of your entire country. I'm just saying that I'm impressed with the beauty of what I'm seeing through your camera lens. I just hope you get some rain soon to keep everything green over there. As always, thanks for taking me along with you on your journeys!
Thanks William for your thoughts and reflections about your and my country I think I understand your point Luckily I live in a part of Denmark where we have some nice and … for my country …big forests. And it’s important to me that I can visit new places from time to time 🌲🌳 so that I can get inspiration and new ideas I really appreciate your comment and I’m happy to have you as a subscriber Atb to you my friend 🌤😊🇩🇰
I like your modifications to your sheath Mr. C Making and modifying your own gear gives a satisfaction much greater than just purchasing a common item. Looking good. Hunt
Say Tom I have Bear claws , teeth, etc. Interesting things to use in your hand crafted gear.. Also Bear hunting season is just 6 weeks away so resupply coming soon. I don't know if I can send theses things into your country but if you could confirm that and send me an address I would be pleased to share with a fellow D I Y craftsman. All the best to you and your wife my friend Paul
That could be great 👍🏻 I’m definitely interested in such items But of course I’ll pay for it 😊 Could you please send me an email so we can communicate on that platform My email address is … cimbrerbushcraft@gmail.com Atb to you my friend 👌🏻😊
Another relaxing video, like your sheaf mods , my main knife came with kydex sheaf that already had a ferro rod loop , leather looks better , so I bought another knife the same with the leather , so have the choice depending on weather , which one I take out , kydex being 100% waterproof
Yes I completely understand your thoughts 😁 Leather is nice but kydex is more durable But I definitely prefer my leather sheath 😁 because it’s more old school … but still have the kydex sheath for back up 👌🏻😊🌤 Atb to you
As usual i must say your world is so beautiful!! That tall shelter is really nice..shame people have to disrespect it and mark up the walls. But i guess its like that everywhere..That tiny kuksa is to cute..it looks so tiny in your hand. I really like it. Nice haversack..good for a simple day trip
Thanks my friend for your kind feedback and support 👍🏻😁 It is a shame with that writing on the shelters … but I’ve heard that in other country the shelters are completely vandalised … so we are lucky after all … I think 🤔 😁👌🏻
Thanks a lot Greg for your feedback and kind words about my skills 😊 Welcome to my channel 😁👍🏻 I hope you’ll watch my other videos and also find them interesting 🌤😉🇩🇰 Atb to you in lovely Utah

Hi Woody 👋🏻 the most time I record and launch my videos in the weekend … but sometimes I have some spare time to do videos during the week My latest video was recorded Thursday … but first uploaded today Saturday 😊🌤🌲
Bought it for a guy in the USA 🇺🇸 … I think it’s cool and fits the black finish on the blade The maker is called: modified _esee … and found him on instagram 👌🏻😊
Hi Kenny 👋🏻 do you mean my neck knife? … it’s a kydex sheat that’s covered with skin from a rain deer … and a decoration of leather string and a piece of bone 😉👌🏻
Thanks Wayne for your positive feedback on my video No we don’t have bears 🐻 here in Denmark … a few wolves 🐺 … but nothing to get worried about 👍🏻😉🌤🔥 Happy Easter 🐣 to you all

Tom ,an awesome mod , you always have great ideas. A nice campsite. Thanks for sharing ,always a pleasure ! On side note , what kind of flask is it that you carry your whiskey in ?
Hej Tom- Igennem meget flotte indtryk af dit hjemland. Med mig er det også meget tørt. Der var også brande i markerne. Desværre er der også meget få svampe. Bliv sund og venlig Hilsen Til din Familie.- Jens
i like your knife sheath! I am looking to try out a new sheath for my BK2 and i'm considering horizontal carry. What didn't you like about horizontal? I'm hoping to get out tomorrow morning for a hike. Thanks for sharing another great video!
Well Chuck 🤔 I think it takes to much space on my belt 😏 But maybe you like it 😊 who knows. Hope you’ll come out tomorrow and enjoy nature 🌲 Atb to you my friend
Hey Tom i like your Videos a much! If you will ever have the fun and ability To come To Germany for a bushcraft Weekend Feel Free To Contact Me and we have a fine time out in the woods at the hermanns Denkmal in the Teutoburger Forest 👍
Thank you so much Wenke 😉 I appreciate your invitation and will contact you for sure if have plans of making a trip to Germany 🇩🇪 👍🏻🌤🔥🌲🌳 Atb to you my friend 😊
Cimbrer Bushcraft no, I am afraid you can’t. It was legal in the past, when I was young ( I have done it a Lot) but we suffrered from serious problems of forrestal fires and now it is forbidden both camping for free and light a fire or even cut wood
Cimbrer Bushcraft yes, it is all year and in all the country. There are several laws in each province but there are more or less the same. Inmthe north of Spain there are no such problems, but the law is the same: absolutely forbidden. The fines are expensives: 300€ or above just for camping in a non autotized área so free camping could be more expensive than a 5 star hotel night
Tak for din kommentar 👍🏻😉🇩🇰🌤 ses
Yeah I’ve heard that you have problems with vandalism on your shelters/buildings. 😏. We do have some graffiti here in Denmark 🇩🇰 but not a big issue … thank god for that 😁 Thanks for your feedback 🏕 Tom
Wonderful channel. Wonderful energy. Awesome scenery. Thank you for the vicarious short Journey. Much enjoyed. Hope you have a Blessed day.
Thanks Sidhen 👋🏻 are you new to my channel? Nice to hear from you 👍🏻 hope you’ll enjoy the Sunday and smile😁
Great modifications! They blend in well with the rest of the sheath. I like your striker that you made from a drill bit, it's awesome.
Thanks Jim. Some has asked me about why I don’t use my knife blade … and it’s because I don’t like the “burn marks” it makes on the blade 🤔😉🔥

Ballantynes too! You'll get a reputation! Love the 'steel' striker. So much neater than using your knife. Beautifully done. Thanks Tom.

hi tom , thanks
Your welcome Bob 👍🏻😁🌤
i like your knife sheath! I am looking to try out a new sheath for my BK2 and i'm considering horizontal carry. What didn't you like about horizontal? I'm hoping to get out tomorrow morning for a hike. Thanks for sharing another great video!
Well Chuck 🤔 I think it takes to much space on my belt 😏
But maybe you like it 😊 who knows. Hope you’ll come out tomorrow and enjoy nature 🌲
Atb to you my friend
I never considered how much space it would take up on my belt! That’s a very good point! Thanks for the feedback!

In Spain it is absolutely forbidden camping on your own
That’s sadly 😏 … can’t you make an overnighter then ?
Atb to you
Cimbrer Bushcraft no, I am afraid you can’t. It was legal in the past, when I was young ( I have done it a Lot) but we suffrered from serious problems of forrestal fires and now it is forbidden both camping for free and light a fire or even cut wood
… is this all year round? … perhaps you always have a dry climate 🤔🌲🌤 …?
Cimbrer Bushcraft yes, it is all year and in all the country. There are several laws in each province but there are more or less the same. Inmthe north of Spain there are no such problems, but the law is the same: absolutely forbidden. The fines are expensives: 300€ or above just for camping in a non autotized área so free camping could be more expensive than a 5 star hotel night
That’s sadly and not good conditions for a Bushcrafter
Thanks for your info about your situation in Spain 🇪🇸
😉
👍🏻😎
👍🔪🔪
👍🏻😉🌲🌤🔥
Hej Tom
Tak for din kommentar 👍🏻😉🇩🇰🌤 ses
At least your graffiti is just on the inside of the structure. In the US it would be EVERYWHERE.
Yeah I’ve heard that you have problems with vandalism on your shelters/buildings. 😏. We do have some graffiti here in Denmark 🇩🇰 but not a big issue … thank god for that 😁
Thanks for your feedback 🏕
Tom
