Have never done this technique this way. Very interesting! I had used the cutting side down but put a pad under the paper so the die didn't cut the paper - only made the impression. That large stamp is so beautiful! Gonna have to get this bundle!! Love all three cards!
Love your fall card ideas. Hope you will share how you made the focal images on the card on the left. Great embossing techniques for backgrounds. I do appreciate your teaching style. ❤
Thanks so much Linda. I simply stamped the image and blended a bit of Cajun Craze, Old Olive and Crushed Curry ink onto the leaves using a blending brush.
Yes it does. Dies will cut into a plate regardless of whether you send the die through the embossing machine with the cutting side down or up. If you only want one plate for cutting, then place the die face up on the cardstock and then lay your cutting plate on top of the die (instead of under it). I hope that makes sense. Let me know if you have additional questions.
Beautiful cards. 😊🥰❤️
Never seen this technique before, lovely card

Great techniques. And I like that you chose what may be considered "masculine" patterns for your cards. Very nice.
Thank you Patricia
Gorgeous. Lynn! Love the gold paper's effect when debossed, especially! Thanks again. :) ~Ali (Nova Scotia, Canada)
The gold one is my favorite because the image debosses nicely. Enjoy this technique!
