His whole argument is basically "Why would I need to actually walk the talk when I am already talking the talk"
Sadly this seems to be so common now. Not really sure why, if it's because people are sensitive or they just believe words people say. I see it a lot in politics, they talk a lot but don't do much and will praise them. Oh they're bringing attention to the topic.
Actions always speak louder than words and this is even more true now. People seem to react from their emotions and some have gotten very effective at using their emotions against them. I always assume people are lying, maybe it's not healthy but I don't think I have a choice. If I assume people are truthful, I'm gonna get played.

Regarding the willy discussion, I think the only way to handle people like hasan, who are incredibly bad faith, is when you ask if he watched the video, and he says no, just say "how do you know you disagree with it if you didn't watch it, if you watch it and disagree come back to me and we can discuss, otherwise you're not worth my time for me to run down my entire video for you personally because you are too lazy or sensitive to watch it before deciding you disagree just because it is critical of you."

My biggest problem with Hassan isn’t even that he’s like you know spending money and being a capitalist even though he’s rich, my problem is he doesn’t even practice what he preaches when it comes to labor. He talks about how worker should earn a fair percentage of the money they make yet he doesn’t pay any of his team a percentage they get a flat pay rate, just bothers me. That’s such a hypocrite is so successful and so idolize by so many people.

And that's assuming the capitalist is able to sell the product of the labour for equal or more the value that he paid for it. ...which is NOT always the case.
Being a wage labourer, I know for a fact that I got a better deal than my employer did between 2004-2012. My employer actually LOST money on me because of all the overtime and double-time. It was worth it to them, because I got the jobs done, and they kept the contract. But I personally made more money off my labour than my employer did.
I think Capitalism is both fair, and awesome. Capitalists subsume the cost of risk, AND they pay wages out in advance. If they make a profit after all is said and done, then THEY DESERVE IT. More power to them.

I actually got an inside peak at the financial records of the company I used to work for. They operated in the red 9 months out of the year, and they had a VERY slim profit margin per/employee. The employees who got overtime and double-time usually ended up COSTING the company money, but they kept the clients satisfied during the unprofitable months, and that allowed the company to profit during the 3 lucrative months.
The company I used to work for almost lasted 50 years, but they folded just about 2 years ago.
It's very easy to imagine that your bosses are these greedy fat cats who keep their employees poor while they get rich, but capitalist profits are actually very slim and loaded with risk. Entrepreneurs who get rich generally have hundreds of employees, and make very little money of any of them.
Honestly... based on what you said, I think you might be a little bit deceived or misinformed about what most businesses can actually afford to do. It's not as if everybody's employer can afford to pay their employees more. Anybody who needs more money should either get a second job or a new job.

I used to watch Hasan because he was so funny but stopped around the time of the Ethan thing. He lost his sense of humor at some point. Hasan definitely has lost the ability to laugh at himself.
