Celtic 1-0 Hibernian | Celtic win league title with late Gallacher goal | SWPL

Celtic won the ScottishPower Women's Premier League title in dramatic fashion thanks to an Amy Gallacher finish. Going into the day as strong favourites, Celtic were pushed all the way by Hibernian but eventually got the vital goal through the former Hibee. It's the first title for the club who will also play UEFA Women's Champions League football next season.
