Everybody looked terrible not just Emmanuel Forbes .., so if everyone is looking bad who can you blame ? COACHING …… I still think Forbes is good and will play better this year
Forbes cannot tackle at an NFL level. Should have taken Christian Gonzalez. Thanks RR. Ron the genius had Forbes on AJ Brown and Fuller on DeVonte Smith. That made absolutely zero sense.

I know we have Coleman and Lucas battling at LT but do we have enough depth period there? I know Daniels on the roster too. I just want us to have enough bodies for camp and some type of depth for the season in case of injury

Bro, Emmanuel Forbes didn't have a terrible rookie season. He will be fine. He had 11 pbus and dropped like 4 picks. He will be fine with weight or not.
Also nobody brings up we had zero pass rush all season of course he was going to look bad as a rookie… the whole secondary suffered from lack of pass rush and play calling

Well he was part of receivers running free through the secondary. Teams game planned against him. Especially the cowboys

He had a terrible rookie season for a 1st round draft pick bro. New to the NFL? You're judged where you were picked. That part isn't his fault. He was a "take a chance" 3rd or later round pick at best with that frame.

Craig, The opening graphic and voice-over for this excellent podcast needs to be seriously upgraded. The overly exaggerated word FORMER applied to each of you gives the impression that you both USED TO BE something but now your live out back in cardboard boxes. How about this. “Ten year veteran tight end…” Or “ 10 year NFL player and expert analyst…”. “And (fill in the blank) year radio personality, beat reported and all around sports aficionado…). Please, if you have any decision making authority concerning this, make it better. You both deserve a little more professional courtesy.

Forbes don’t need to eat extra meals… same thing I said for Jayden Daniel’s… I was 170 jumped to 232 in 3 months… by eating a bowl of oatmeal after every meal… that contains a scoop of peanut butter two packs of oatmeal a honeybun and three chocolate chip cookies…. Mix it up and eat after every meal… and if you want a snack eat that… but cut that shyt out once you hit around 185-190 pound range…. Because I know for a fact you don’t want to be 200 pounds that’s a lot of weight to carry…. I jumped from 170-232 in 3 months and that weight was hard asf too carry 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤷🏿♂️🫱🏾🫲🏿
