@@Ucazean yes I've tried a lot of classes and it's boring after a while, I love kuno movement and I seems to pull decent trash numbers plus it's not brain dead but I didn't find her really hard to use only played awakening for now.
Man Kuno looks so beautiful and fun to play. I am worried about not being able to do enough damage to grind. I don’t have good gear but really want to play Kuno!!!

Greetings, just came across this Video by accident, first I really always thought for years that kuno is way to complicated, the community sentiment was always kinda negativ and me, someone who really hates PvP in all its form in MMORPG's, kinda neglected kuno always. But My current main (Woosa) i roled last year after I completly started over with BDO (long and complicated story/ tl:dr: I jumped the ship back when PA took over and I didn't transfer account data over as an excuse to get out of BDO). To make it short since the past weekend I started now my second character as I'm quite satisfied with woosa but I seek some variety, so I picked Kuno cause I never played her and oh Boi was I sleeping on her. Haveing an absolute blast right now with. But I will primarely play Awa since I like the fantasy behind that playstyle more. Your Video was exactly what I needed to understand some things. So thanks for that!
I'd like to add a quick update here on the skill enhancements sections. There is a pretty good use case for Ankle Splitter. Shackle Target is purely a pvp pick and I've been experimenting more with Ankle Splitter for a niche filler dps skill of about 9k%. It hits about as hard as black moonlight, but also adds a 15 dp debuff which is more of a big thing for awakening kuno as she only has the one debuff in moonstorm. Thank you to Amaya / @brianeatszombies32 for enlightening me on this and hope this helps you all! :)
Hey man, I heard many voices talking about Kuno is good in PVE now and some people also saying Kuno is still very bad after the pve buff. What is your opinion on her Awakening wise?
Awakening is still lagging pretty far behind even succession kuno at end game spots. They really need to rework how pinwheel's damage is calculated for her to shine.@@mkm2185
Hey that's awesome I love to hear this! Despite a lot of her flaws I think you can make her work and she is tons of fun while doing it in both pvp and pve.
I really hope they do what they did for awk Mystic to Succ Kuno. I really like her and would like to drop Woosa for her but they keep over looking her. Whoever is the dev for Kuno really needs to speak up at the meetings. Be assertive. Insert Kuno dominance. I would say one more skill for her or rework an unused skill to be better for the gap info combo. Like they reworked sura chaos into one of the coolest looking skills in the game.

If you look at the most recent succession changes they NAILED IT. They knew exactly what the class needed and executed on it. Awakening it seems like they change a bunch of skills at once without feedback because they aren't sure how the class should function in pvp and pve. It honestly feels like they throw stuff at the wall and send it for the past year.

Yep you're spot on. Jade, tungrad ruins, dark seekers, hexe are also good ones. Anything where you want to focus fire a single mob or something down she excels at.

Im a 'returning' player(I stopped before even hitting 56 lol so like 7 years ago) Just came back with all the season freebies and its pretty cool I made a Drakania but man I remember playing some Kuno and I always thought the chakram was super cool. Also I got a 'cosplay party' outfit box and apparently the Kuno one is really amazing. Whats your costume?
The one in this video is actually cosplay party box 1 I think haha. Its the lahn sanguine petal outfit that kuno got. It could box 2 I'm not sure so please check if you open it. And thanks for the kind words, I'm glad I could help some people out there and I too have quit and come back many times. I remember grinding this very kuno up to 60 at pirate island back in the day fun times.

I think awakening is rough in some of the caps, mainly in t4's. Her damage is low and she doesnt have the zippy get in get out tools like succ has to get in and get out and play like a DR rat class. In uncapped she feels more stable, especially after switching to evasion. Succession feels very strong in all aspects of pvp right now, her only weakness is sometimes I feel like I'm missing a skill or 2 to use in 1v1s, and she can run out of stamina easily if you don't pay attention. @@HeavenRoadV
I do like PvE, and you pretty much gotta grind for the gear. I think if you only pve you will want dr gear 100%. If you want to get into pvp wait until you have a lot of gear to make the switch to evasion (740gs+)

I am one of the heads in the class discord perhaps you have the wrong one. I completely rewrote the #kuno-combos channel with lots of good beginner guide stuff for pve and pvp. DR is definitely better in pve and arguably better in pvp atm.
Have you played ninja at all? I loved awk ninja. But when it came to pve grinding. I just wanted to be more lazy woth pack to pack movement. So it killed me on ninja having to put 90% of my effort into movement and 10% into actual combo. How does kuno compare? Is it an exact clone of ninja
It is extremely similar to ninja movement. I would say kuno has movement that goes a bit further, but you need to be swapping to pre awakening a lot for pack to pack. I will say however, W+Q is tendon cutter and that usually moves you far enough between packs, and then you can just half moon slash to go back to awakening and start doing damage.
i've a question if you could help please. if i were to use prime wheel of wrath ninjitsu release during cooldown, how much dmg would i deal compared to without CD?
She can barely scrape by with average numbers at end game spots I believe at the moment. She is high effort and falls behind even her counterpart succession kuno quite severely sadly.
In Pve I dont need the defence from centaurs, and that item should only be used in pvp evasion builds where you want to use a Kutum over an evasion offhand like Tadd.
Yeah it could definitely be better. I really hope one day we get some new skills to replace dead talents like tragic blade so we have more things to press. @@arimaso709
Very nice, both specs can kill the pack before it turns around which is the goal, albeit succ can do it easier. I have plenty gyfin videos to showcase throughout the patches :)
@@Ucazean u scrolled through the skills and i saw lock symbols and wanted to know why those were locked but you didn't explain any of them except Shadow Slash. I slowed down the video to 0.25 and paused bit by bit to see them... I'm just assuming to prevent accidental key inputs.
There were multiple cooldown issues with the class when I made the video. Mainly on Shadow Clone and Shadow Explosion. These were since buffed to be much shorter cds and smoothed out the rotation.
ok if u playin that long as me u shopuld finally find out to time to reroll this class is ur guilty plessure, kindo bdsm fetish but on pc game. Don't give the ppl fake hope it's can be a nice class to play in pve. Think twice before u gonna start play kuno. Then watch this video and read my comment. After a week of playing her u find it out how this class suffer in any other aspect than 1v1. Ofc I got with my kono bad moments and worst moments, but I came here to prevent u before u gonna do misatke. If u got any serious brain injury in ur life before pls do not create kuno as ur main char. PTSD and stockholm syndrome, than what u recive back after playin kuno. Please dont hate me in comments but this class it's not for everyone. It's challange for urself and entire bdo community. And remeber my worlds. In bdo u can be sure 2 thinks. ! kuno never gonna be a top tier. Second it's more for sure kuno succ gonna be nerfed even after small changes in skill animations than any other top tier classes. And ofc "buffs for awa" but n1 cares bcus awa works even worst than succ. Trust me brothers and sisters and any other wombs if u gonna play bdo or u already playin never ever decide to roll on kuno. Thanks now u can go back to do ur shiets on drakanias, zerks or any other woosas

should i go evasion gear for pve? and how you do to get those equipment if you don't like to pve?

They are pretty even outside of spots like tungrad ruins where succ is better
