For the Crafter you don't need to calculate how much time a crafter needs to put all items in it but rather calculate how much items are in the crafter. Best way to produce a bone block with bonemeal is to add a comparator coming from the crafter that will calculate how many items are in the crafter and give a signal. Every item in the crafter is 1 signal. And then you need to make it activate the crafter only when the signal strenght is 9. You do that with another crafter. You place that other crafter and lock all 9 slots in it and then place a comparator running from that other crafter and that comparator needs to be running directly into the comparator that is running from the crafter that will craft your bone blocks. So that comparator from the locked crafter is blocking the other comparator until the crafter that will craft your bone gets the same amounts of items in it as the locked crafter has locked slots in it. Then you simply put a repeater at the end of the comparator from the bone crafter and send that signal to power the bone crafter. I hope you understand it i tried to explain it the best way i could

@@zeljudin1353 thank you for your comment, i really appreciate your explanation and you’re absolutely correct. The thing is that I try to make my farms early game without being in the nether. Without collecting nether quartz you can’t make a comparator, that’s why my solution seems complicated, but I like to show that there are work arounds. I hope now you understand why I made it like this. And I still hope you like what I made. 🙂

@@TooterrobWell if you have so much Redstone to build this farm, you might have been mining for quite some time. Just a quick hop into the nether can be done in the first hour of the game pretty easily.
Also using Dried Kelp Blocks as fuel would be a huge waste, since your farm cannot keep up producing this much kelp.
It's still a good try making a somewhat different farm from everyone else, but if you really want to farm kelp, you realistically would at first just throw (plant) a bunch into the next river or lake and then build a large scale farm.

@ in my previous video I made an early game witch hut farm, that’s where I got all my redstone from. I appreciate it if you watch it. I didn’t mine that much in this world. Next farm will be Iron and trading combined. After that.. who knows, I’m always open for suggestions and I will think of a way to find a redstone solution without a trip to the nether 🙂
