- Time to get the Bully Civic out of its mothballs and get it solved, fixed and back to the track. With a new plan for the front end we will begin the process and cleaning and sizing things up. We will also start running through the Curse engine and get this hot rod srt4 to the track as well.

I had a good laugh with Jamie and the timing belt. Anyone who's done one on a Chrysler 2.4 without the cam holder tool knows this struggle.

Glad to see Jamie working on the SRT4 again and getting it all back together and dialed in, maybe it finally won't be the curse. I finally gave up on my 95 Neon highline coupe after it ate the timing belt but I really liked that little beater and I've been pulling for Jamie. I got a 06 Hemi Charger RT with 90k to replace it so not all bad and really quick for a heavy pig.
Will be nice to see Bully running again and doing insane things on the track so Brent can get his dream car going like he hoped it would. Pretty insane out of the box build and I've been enjoying all the things you and your extended crew and friends are doing. 👍

Love the curse and the fact someone is still messing with the platform. I remember when they came out and srt neons and wrxs flying around town with their pops and bangs lol.

Just wanted to say, one of the things I love about Puerto Rican's is if you do something for them they will always do something for you, the trick is if you want to do something special for them you don't tell them first cause they'll refuse, you just do it, they will do the same to you. You did them a big favor with that engine, so their going to reciprocate that love to you as best they can to match it. Never refuse a gift from a Puerto Rican, it is a huge insult to them and never say "I owe you" for getting the gift, just do something for them in return. Puerto Rican's are great people!

Love the Bully!!! I am a very bored engineer and I have been thinking about this for months. I know how to make this thing hook... the answer is going to be in the rear suspension, not the front. Under acceleration the pitch point which makes the front end come up is determined by the rear suspension geometry. If you can put an adjustable rear with 125% anti squat you will lift the back under acceleration instead of making it squat. This is the only adjustment that will keep your front from lifting during acceleration. The changes to the front that might improve your ride is adding some angle to your front control arms can reduce how much your front end bounces. It bounces more if your upper and lower control arm are close to parallel. If they are parallel you get a condition called zero anti dive which means the shocks and springs carry all the stress instead of the control arms. As far as steering a normal Ackerman geometry will help steer at lower speeds but will still be stable at speed. This is done by changing the angle of the dog between the kingpin and the steering tie rod tie in. That dog should point to the center of the rear axle. If the dog points straight to the rear it will steer fine at speed but be a pain in the ass at low speeds. I want to see this thing hook!!! I haven’t been this excited since Christmas morning.
