  • Many thanks to Pam Weeks and Bill Olson for hosting these very special house concerts and introducing us to such incredible and talented musicians.
Jam Sessions, Potluck and The Very Best Music - who could want for more?
Mac Morin - Starting with a few humble steps, Mac has been able to travel professionally as a Cape Breton step dancer and piano player for the last 20 years. A member of the group Beolach, Mac also tours regularly with Natalie MacMaster and is sought after as a teacher both at home and internationally.
Wendy MacIsaac is a renowned fiddler from Cape Breton who has been playing music for over 30 years. She is recognized as one of the '"old school" style players who has kept the traditional sound going and has a deep respect for the tradition. Wendy has 7 albums to her credit, and all will be available at the concert!
Mac and Wendy have been touring together for 25 years now. Many of those years with their band Beolach who toured extensively for 10 years. They both share the love of the tradition and truly enjoy sharing it with the audiences they have met all over North America, the UK and Europe. Not only do they play and dance but they enjoy telling stories with the sense of humor of Cape Breton and always have great interaction with the crowds who come and see them.

Not very good . Please talk to my little sister Shona, she is suffering of breast cancer now, thank you too NHS piss pot England. I have played my pipes across most of Europe and the World for little sister Shona to dance both highland and Step/clog, never been so proud when she won her Championship at Shotts, capital of piping dancing, everything Scottish. You are both incredible musicians, please do not weaken yourselves because you simply can not do it with crap like that, dance episode, I will contact Alister Anderson now with regard to this, Alister lives just a couple of miles away from me ,but Alister took Little Shona away and she danced at Saddler Wells and the Royal Ballet. Sometimes it is hard to play for a good dancer as you have to have an intricate knowledge of the steps and rhythm. Thankyou Alister. Best wishes and keep safe all, but please do not do any more dance, You can not do it, and it your performance was highly is highly offensive. Your music is incredible, so please , please keep playing. You know nothing new, everything has been done long before you .
