- This competitive 1-on-1 training exercise (exercise) develops offensive and defensive skills in one-on-one situations. Economical application as we can run and run both sides of the ball if desired.
For attacking: dribbling, close control, deceptions, moves, turns and changes of direction.
For defense: blocking, fighting, delaying, reactions.
Coaches can easily coach during natural pauses in defensive or offensive skills. The drill can also be used as a warm-up or fun game for various age groups (Teens, kids, club, high school, college).

Nella variante 3 secondo il mio punto di vista c'è sempre una fila troppo ferma,bisognerebbe alternare la partenza delle 2 file facendo una volta a testa l esercizio...mentre nella variante 4 il 2 contro 1 vedo che il gioco è a sostegno anche quando il giocatore che riceve il primo appoggio si trova con il corpo in posizione aperta e non solo chiusa...se voglio fare l 1-2 chi appoggia la palla al compagno dovrebbe poi ritrovarsi oltre la linea della palla subito per riceverla.
Comunque bell esercizio con le dovute modifiche.
Grazie per il tuo commento, hai assolutamente ragione sulle parti mancanti nell'allenamento. Abbiamo appena iniziato a fare allenamenti 1v2, 1-2 e compenseremo le carenze con i vostri suggerimenti.
